The facility was a pleasant surprise. Just give you a relaxed feeling and the staff are great. We would stay there again

What I did not like had nothing to do with the hotel. It is with you Booking.Com. When I made my booking you stated I would have a free private taxi to my hotel. You did not state that I have to book it. So, we got there and there was not taxi waiting. We took a taxi to the hotel. I was trying to see if I can use this offer on return to the Airport. The big issue I have is that there no way to speak or communicate with you. I wrote on your website on the customer care page, but I heard from no one. I did not get to use the taxi offer. I was very frustrated not able to communicate. All your communication "NO-Reply.

Very nice rooms, breakfast, and reception area.

Location is not idea on the busy ring road and about 2KMs from the old city. The pool area is not very inviting or green. There are a number of pools each separated by a strip of concrete. Some ground-floor rooms have a balcony opening onto the pool area so you might feel like you're in someone's private pool! Strangely, when you come from your room to the reception or to the breakfast area, you walk across the pool area - not such an issue I guess most of the time but if it is raining hard, you will need to carry an umbrella to go for breakfast!

General a very presant stay, my family enjoy very much. The variety of food in breakfast buffet is enough for 3 days, the room is spacious, the pool is clean. You have everything you need in hotel. Although my room is just beside the main road, still quiet enough for me to have a good rest.

You have to grab a car everytime you go out. But in general Chiangmai is not a very walkable city and the city also have not much public transportation, so it is ok. The staff are not super good in English, but they will try their best to serve you, just make sure they understand your request would be fine.

Beautiful and modern Hotel. Room are excellent….big and friendly eqipment. The staff more then friendly and helpful. Breakfast…WOW…..one of the best from all the hotel’s where i stay in the last 8 year. The 3 Pool amazing and perfect for long course swimming.

This is located away from the night market and getting to and from you have to rely on taxis. Pool is not heated and is small and the photos are misleading since the pool is only at the front of some rooms and not all around the hotel. Breakfast options could improve

This is the most comfortable bed I slept in during my 6 week trip to Southeast Asia. I slept very well! The pool is wonderful and breakfast is excellent. The gym is small but clean, well maintained, and air conditioned. The location itself is good.

This hotel is not walkable - it is actually very difficult to walk in and out of the hotel, much easier to access by taxi but I find this very limiting.

Didn't use the pools, plural, but the kids we say in them spoke volumes

Iguess that the total environment was, for us, quite acceptable, being 2 people travelling on to different places in Thailand. I qwould certainly stay there again.
