Spacious apartment with bedroom bathroom kitchen and living room, big balcony and had everything we needed… part of the opium hotel so when checking in make sure to go into the hotel, we were able to use all the facilities of the hotel such as the pool, gym and laundry room which was very useful! Staff were very accommodating and helped when we needed!

Not a lot around the property so needed to drive to get anywhere for food/drink, 5-10 minute bolt into the centre but not too expensive. We didn’t mind having to do this but just a heads up incase that’s an inconvenience for anyone!

We love The Odyssey. We go to Chiang Mai frequently as a family of 4 and it's always our go to hotel. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, and the pool has a good little section for younger kids. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu has an alright selection of items that do the job. The rooms are always well kept and we haven't yet experienced a stay that was not awesome. Additionally, for the cost compared to other hotels in the area it really is the best. It's close enough to Maya mall but also to things along the highway, so we find for the places we frequent it is in a good location.

Sometimes there's lots of mosquitos, but I don't think this is attributed to much of what the hotel can control.

The place is nice but is not a quiet location. The outdoors furniture a little run down. The mattress needing replacement.

Very noisy, I believe that was a bar near by that play loud music every day.

I liked the staff.

The pool was pretty disgusting. The shower head in the bathroom was garbage. The furniture was about as comfortable as a park bench. There are way better places to stay at this price point.

Check in and check out no problem. Staffs are very helpful. The family room are big and very clean. The location is convenient.

We got the room near the street. It's kind like loud during the night sometime and the floor is very slippery.

What an amazing experience! Located in a lovely area, away from all the tourist hussel (but easy walking to) we got a 1 bed room apartment, it was cleaned (sheets changed/ dishes done) everyday. Great pool, great gym. Booked onward travel through them. Fast WiFi. Close to resturants (however we cooked most of the time, using local market nearby to buy food) great price

Staff could not have been more helpful and courteous helping with some issues we had as well as arranging cheap transport via "grab". Rooms are large and very clean

Without a fan in the room to help mix the air meant parts of the room are cold with Aircon on and the bed unfortunately warm as it's not in the direct airflow from the AC

The serviced appartment is very big and nice, good service, clean and friedly staff

Just the swimming pool was too cold te actually swim in it, which was a big disappointment. Was also missing a frying pan.

The rooms were very spacious. Had everything we needed, including microwave and cooking facilities. Older building without a lift, but it was clean and staff were helpful.

A lot of space in the room, everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and there’s a little charming swimming pool as well. We enjoyed to stay here thank you ! 😊
