I stayed for two weeks in one of their Studios. The Studio has a separate area for the bedroom. I could cook in the room. I have read reviews complaining about the lack of cutlery, glasses, pans, bowls, etc, but they will send it to your room upon request. Every day, they leave two bottles of water in the Studio. I also did not have any issues with noise from other guests or the street. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub too. They maintain everything clean. They have a gym with 2 treadmills and 2 Elliptical Trainers. They also have 8 to 25-lb dumbbells and a pull-up bar wall to exercise your back. The pool was always clean, and there were only 3 hours of direct light, so the water was not warm, but that was fine. The staff is always willing to help. I used bolt (moto) to go to the city center, and it took me about 7 minutes only. Thank you!

I had a short but comfortable stay at The Grand Wipanan Residence. Although it’s slightly away from Chiang Mai’s city center, it’s still conveniently located near a local fresh produce market, various shops, and all the amenities you might need, including convenience stores and laundry facilities. The hotel itself is spotless and offers great amenities like a gym and a pool, which I really appreciated. My room had a nice balcony with a view of the hills, and the bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. This place offers a yummy breakfast. The staff are friendly and supportive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for a convenient and relaxing visit

I like the size of the apartment. room service available daily. ping pong is available. The staff will provide anything you ask . staff are good , Daily News paper in the lobby available. coin Washing machine available to wash your clothes

the pool and gym are too Small, even the pool is unsafe to use, cos I injured my right leg on that , cos there is no way to get out and get in to pool, no stairs nothing.., slippery too , probably no cleaning, there are sharp concrete every where around the pool. the gym don't have much either. the hotel is too close to the main road, so traffic noice won't let you sleep.

I stayed in a large studio apartment with a small kitchen and a sitting area, as well as a nice balcony. Great location, just across the street from a wonderful fresh produce and cook food market, and a short walking distance to Tops supermarket and seven eleven. Not walking distance to downtown, expect to need transportation for that. There’s free indoor parking in the building, as well as coin laundry, a small gym and swimming pool. The room gets cleaned daily and water bottles provided.

I stayed for 10 days, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance the whole time I was there. The building feels like it’s not greatly maintained.

The apartment is a good size, they will clean every day. Kitchen was good size. TV have cable channels. Good size fridge. Bathroom was good size. You can Play ping pong, daily news paper in front. Coffee shop Infront too .close to Market you can open windows for fresh air.

Too close to the main road, noisy at night because of the traffic. Pool and gym are too small. Pool have sharp objects beside the pool edge's, be careful when using the pool. The toilet near the pool was not working.

Very clean and spacious 1br apartment which had everything I needed.

Although I was on the 6th floor, I could hear traffic until about 11 p.m., but it was pretty quiet after that until around 7–7:30 a.m. When I checked out, a staff member inspected the room to ensure everything was in order. She sent a photo of the blanket (which I hadn’t used) showing brown stains on it. These stains definitely weren’t caused by me, as I had only used the quilt cover since it was too hot to sleep with the blanket. I felt like the receptionist was accusing me of causing the stains but then simply said, “It’s ok,” and returned my deposit.

This is my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai. It's family owned and it feels like home. The employees here are hospitable and polite. They also act quickly to address guest requests. I like the overall feeling of this hotel and am comfortable with the open community spirit! They go out of their way to ensure your comfort. There's a lovely pool and gym; a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and expresso coffees. The food here is excellent. Can't wait to return

The room was very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The immediate area didn't have much to offer but it's a short walk to the North Gate and other attractions.

The bathroom faucet knob was leaking water onto the counter, and needed a cup plus a towel to catch the water and emptied multiple times a day otherwise it would puddle on the floor. The pool also seemed green and muddy, so I didn't dare to use it.

The room/apartment was a good size, beds were comfortableWe had a balcony but the view was of the adjacent building and car park. We didn’t use it. We had a few small issues on arrival, no kettle or pan, but they soon sorted it. They helped with booking taxis for us. Washing machines and tumble dryer’s available breakfast was simple but lovely best scrambled eggs

It seemed far out, but in reality it was a 100 bhat to the old town in a taxi

Very spacious apartment with separate living and bedroom area. Bathroom was big also with shower and bath separate. Apartment was clean, bright and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Air con in the bedroom was working well. Location was good also with shops, cafes, bars and main city within walking distance

Air con in the kitchen wasn’t the most powerful. Also there was no cleaning equipment provided to wash and dry kitchenware and there was also no pots or pans for cooking
