Excellent value for money, the roof terrace is great, it is close to the North Gate of Chiang Mai and there are many good shops and restaurants in walking distance. All staff were friendly. Overall cool place.

The bathroom in our room had a bad damp type smell and we couldn’t get rid of the smell, however for the price of the room this did not bother us and we did not raise it with the hotel at the time as it did not bother us too much and the room was still excellent value.

We had stayed here the week before for 5 nights and it had everything we needed so we booked again for a night before heading to Bangkok. It’s clean, comfortable, price was good, staff really friendly and good cappuccino as well as a nice roof top with seating. Location was a little outside the old town so nice and quiet at night but not too far away.

There is a bit of a smell from the toilet. Some air freshener does solve this but it was quite strong when we first walked in.

They have a great cafe downstairs, serving very good coffee and tea. The room was clean, quiet, in a good location. Safe, and a quick 5 minute walk to a night market. Beautiful rooftop, great place to chill with a great view of the mountains to the west.

Super quiet yet good location, nearby lots of food options and a short walk to a market. Close by a 711 and has a great rooftop view! Comfy beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice little hotel with a nice room, friendly staff , a small cafe and a friendly dog!

I really liked the modern, minimalist design of the building and my room. The hotel is located within walking distance to the old city and there are several restaurants, bars, coffee shops just a few minutes away. The hotel also has a coffee shop (they make good coffee) and a nice rooftop terrace where you can have your coffee, read, or chill in the evening.

The lobby/cafe area of the hotel is messy, because it is basically used as the living space by the staff. My room didn't have much furniture to keep my stuff on (eg. shelf, wardrobe, table), I had to unpack my bags to the floor or to the bed.

The rooms are nice, rooftop is nice, entrance is a little strange as you’re coming through the owners house and it is very messy/cluttered.

Nice stay, good location for getting to other places but the area is probably not the best as the streets around are kinda messy, even though the hotel was nice, very comfortable and nice service!
