The warm welcome, the beautiful garden & quirky accomodation. The hosts where kindness itself and nothing was too much trouble. The aircon was silent, the kitchen fully equiped, even down to washing up liquid. The bed was huge and the bathroom was the most pratical bathroom we have ever had. Plenty of towels, toilet roll inside a container, shower gel & shampoo filled up to the top! Hairdryer, toothbrush rack, honestly the list goes on... Our 1st morning made a cup of coffee, sat out on the balcony and all we could hear was birdsong and the rustle of leaves in the trees from a friendly squirel.!! We used the bikes everyday, they where brand new, had lights and locks and got us around chaing mai with no hic ups. The accomodation was full all the time we where there, and i suspect most of the time, as this place is enchanting. Down a very quiet street but within a 3 minute walk you are at the top of the street where to the left is a tradional thai night food market and the north gate which leads you into the walled town. Also here you can pick up the red open backed taxis which take you anywhere in the town for 30 bhat. To the right are KFC& Pizza Hut, and just passed these Wat Lok Moli complex which was stunning.

The room was VERY spacious, had my own kitechenette, an amazing bathroom and a wall sized garden window (which i unfortunately couldnt use much beacuse i lived on the first floor). To top that I also had a very cozy patio right outside my room surrounded by plants and hidden from the sun. The location was great as it is right outside the old town hidden in an alley so there is 0 noise at night but everything is walking distance.

This is nit picking but i did request to stay on the second floor 5 days in advance but unfortunately didnt get the room. Wouldve loved to be able to use my huge window more.

Had to give a 5 star across the board. We found this absolutely gem at the end of of Thailand trip and it felt like a home. Lovely spacious room, additional kitchen area and beautiful balcony to sip a coffee in the morning sun. The staff were so attentive and smiling. The apartment is placed within a huge garden and feels so peaceful. Room was cleaned throughout our week stay and restocked with amenities. The bedding was lovely and bed so comfortable!!! we loved it all. Location is great and bicycles are available for a cheap price.

Very nice, freshly built facility with stunning garden and very comfortable rooms. We stayed in the family room (4 single beds with kitchenette and small balcony) and it was outstanding. Beds are super comfortable, good AC (2 units in the room!), very well furnished and spacious room. Super clean. More than everything was provided (coffee/tea, plenty of drinking water, kettle, kitchen equipment of all sorts, fridge, umbrellas, slippers, toilet accessories and more). The location is one minute walk from almost everything, which is very convenient, and fairly quiet as it is just off the main road sorrounding the old city (you'd be right in the bustling traffic as soon as you walk out the alley). The property offers bicicles for rent to hang out in the old city, which I found to be very nice. Owners are very polite and helpful, but not very interacting as they do not speak very good English. Personally I found the price paid to be higher than the average, but considering the offer it could be justified.

Had all the little touches that really make a difference eg lots of drinking water, coffee, sugar, phone holder on wall by bed. Owners kept in touch via messaging and were always on hand but let us to it which is our preference. Location is great for old town, buses to Doi Suthep. a night food market and best of all two great Khao Soi restaurants by Wat Khuan Khama (horse temple).

Nitpicking here but a second chair outside. A bean bag is not ideal nor is taking a chair in and out. Also, the bedding is fixed with padding (I didn't think to ask for just a sheet)

The Place in Chiang Mai where I really feel like home. It has changed a lot since I've been here for the last time (in 2019), but it still has that shady garden which makes the rooms cool and pleasant yet switches you off the time, for it is actually hard to tell what part of the day you are in. The rooms have everything necessary and it is easy to ask a landlady to clean the room when to clean it is needed. Despite being just in few steps from the old city the street is quite and tranquil.

A bit too little space in the kitchen for three people.

All the facilities there are well maintained. The owner of the house provides cooking utensils (say knife, spoon, fork), salt, and oli, which are convenient for guests to cook simple food, say boiled eggs, cook noodles, and vegetables. The entire room is large with the writing desk. There is a balcony outside the room where I can sit there to take a rest, and I can see the squirrel climbing up the trees. The double bed is clean and provides a good environment for sleeping. When outside is raining, the sound of raining seems absorbing by the special design of the roof. I can't hear any raining noise outside. That's so great !

The pillows are too soft. I suggest that the owner can provide other harder pillows for guests to choose.

I loved having my own little house surrounded by a beautiful garden! I also had the best sleep of my life falling asleep to the frog-orchestra every night. The bed was extremely confortable too! The hotel is located next to the old town and the hotel is quiet and peaceful, perfect for me. Besides that the room was really clean and i had everything i needed, the owners and staff were really sweet as well! Definitely recommend if you have the chance!

Honestly amazing, the photos do not do it justice, the room was massive and much better than the photos, the location is perfect and the whole complex is so so cute, so clean and it had a fridge and 4 big bottles of water left for us. Air con was great, there was loads of little tables and chairs to sit out around the complex, there’s about 20 rooms if I had to guess but it was nice and peaceful for a great price
