The owners are really kind. The hostel has some free food (bananas and cookies) and water. I was studying in Chiang Mai for 2 weeks so I decided to stay in the hostel during the whole course, once it was a quit and friendly space. I felt relaxed there and despite the dorm I felt I have my privacy guaranteed.

Despite knowing that the toilets were often cleaned it seems to me that they weren't well clean, because there was a lot of hair in the drain everytime. Also the walls of the toilets seemed non clean. Also between my mattress and the wall there was some waste from the past guests.

The dorm was quite spacious, they provide free coffee and water and the hostel has a rooftop where you can hang your clothes or chill for a bit. The man at the reception was very friendly and helped us with everything (renting a scooter, organizing transport..) Calm Hostel (not very social, at least in low season)

The staff was super nice! They waited for me so I could check in later as my bus from Bangkok arrived around 11pm. I had an injured shoulder so I couldn’t climb up to the upper bunk bed so they asked someone to switch a bed with me. Nice place, nice common area and the lady was really sweet. Some bananas, tengerines, water, tea and coffee for free. An old guitar to play. I recommend. It’s not luxury but for the money was okay. I slept really good.

Only thing I was a bit cold from AC and didn’t know where to change it. The toilet/shower are very small.

Great location! Right near the night market, 7 Eleven and the infamous jazz bar that everyone loves in Chiang Mai. Staff were lovely and welcoming, everywhere was clean. Plug sockets by the bed. Mirrors in the rooms.

There could be more amenities. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and there was only one toilet per floor. The showers/toilet areas could have been a bit nicer but they were always clean and worked which is the most important! You had to climb up two flights of stairs just to get to the first lot of dorms.

Great quality price hostel :) Facilities ok and some snacks, bananas and drinks (coffee / tea) for free ! We even could leave our luggage’s for the day before leaving ;)

no reception during the night so there’s no one for security was not a social place when I was staying

Rooms were a little dark as there was no window so struggled to get out of the bed but it’s not the worst problem in the world

The location is good. It’s easy to get there and the hostel is located in a living area. There are many places for good.

The bed sheet looks not that clean.

Great friendly atmosphere, social area where guests can meet and chat out the front, free water and tea/instant coffee, wonderful location right near the centre of the old town, washing machines on site, showers are well maintained.

I wish they had a female only room, a couple of the guys were a bit thoughtless. Nothing major, some just need common sense. Stairs are a pain. Sometimes there's mozzies in the showers.

Great place and great value for money. Very cheap but the rooms are very nice and comfy. Overall the place was clean and very cozy, great location as well. Very kind and helpful owners as well. Totally recommend!
