The most comfortable bed I had in Thailand :D I had a top floor room with a balcony and a view of the temple peaks, which was simply wonderful! Modern, truly european standard at a great price. The location is perfect, on the edge of the old town. You can eat a delicious breakfast in the restaurant opposite and have a coffee in the cafe next door. Go to an elephant sanctuary, where they are rescued, and you can be sure that they are treated well, go for a Thai massage, eat local dish at the night market, take a trip to explore the amazing area. Enjoy Chiang Mai to the fullest!

It’s located right next to the ancient citadel, which is very convenient, with lots of amenities nearby — especially the night market and a great massage place close by. Overall, I’d give it a 10 out of 10.

Everything. We stayed in a regular double room facing the street. There was a small deposit for the key card. The bed was large and comfortable, the television had netflix, and the minifridge was great. There was a free hot/cold drinking water dispenser in the corridor, which was very useful. Everything was very clean, and our bed was made daily, but you can opt out of that. The staff was friendly, and their laundry service, whilst being a little more expensive than elsewhere, was very quick and reliable. It is a 15-minute walk into the centre of Old Town, and under 5 minutes to the 7/11 round the corner. There is also a Pizza Hut and KFC nearby, as well as a night market for local street food. Highly recommend. Great value.

It would be really helpful to have the option to get 2 key cards. I would happily have paid a larger key deposit to have 2 so that we could leave the hotel separately without the power shutting off. Note that after 8 pm, you need the keycard to get into and then past the lobby.

Good location close to north gate with street food market on doorstep. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Excellent housekeeping. The best bed I’ve slept in in Thailand! I particularly liked the self service area for water/ toilet roll/ towels etc and the fact the hotel was so quiet at night. There was no street noise in our room and the AC was super efficient and quiet

quite light sounding rooms, unfortunately there are still people not respecting other guest's sleep.

Great stay. Welcoming staff, the room was a good size, clean and decorated with a jungle theme. They provided bottle water and a hot and cold water dispenser on each floor. There is no lift in the hotel. Walking distance into old town and restaurants. Night food market on your door step. Hotel was quiet, no issues.

The property was clean, easy to locate and in a good area for temples and sightseeing. However they turn off the lights and close downstairs with no staff from 8pm, this mean was a little unwelcoming in the evening. This aside they helped us with a late check in. Would recommend for a comfortable but cheap hotel.

Decor was nice, rooms were clean and staff were helful when I had questions. We did a self checkin after 8pm (when the front desk staff leave) and it was very simple and easy to do.

Front desk isn't 24 hours, and there's no lift so if you've got heavy bags and are on the 4th floor it's a struggle. Location is right on the edge of the Chiang Mai 'square' which means it's not always super near everything and will take a 20 min walk most places but we really didn't mind that at all as it's a way to see the city.

The staff were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and modern and the hotel was quiet. It was a short walk to my favourite vegan restaurant, Good Souls.

Access to the balcony was awkward-- you couldn't just walk out. The doors didn't open to ground level so you had to step up and over a 1 foot ledge.
