- everything looks like on the pictures, which is rare. Bedrooms with the glass showers are very beautiful and the pool at night with all the lights, so nice to sit by - comfortable beds - clients were mostly families. Very quiet and friendly, no noise, no party people - staff is kind and helpful - you can bring your own food and dine there in the main hall, there's no restaurant but there's tables and chairs. Good local coffees and restaurants for an authentic experience. NB: This area and the hotel are NOT bougie. Expect what you're getting for the price. - the area : it's not supposedly an attractive area but we very much liked it. 2mn walk there is the Changpuak night market from 5pm, delicious food and more locals than tourists which after visiting the other night markets like the Night Bazaar, you will appreciate if you don't like crowds. You are walking distance to the old town and pretty much anything if you like walking, or by taxi just 5-10mn. We rented bikes one day to discover more places outside of the old town and it was a great way to get around

Paying for bottles of water. Everything else was perfect

The room was fine. Had a bed with a firm, but fine mattress, and everything worked. The desk where I could work was very nice to have. The seating and pool were very nice, had outlets for working, and ok WiFi (about 35Mbps upload and download).

There as a king sized bed in the room, which I used, and then another single bed, which took up space and made the room feel pretty cramped. The WiFi in the room was unusable. I could not get a strong enough signal in my room on the 3rd floor to effectively do anything.

The location is very good. It is just a 10-minute walk to the very center of the old town. The style of the room and hotel is fantastic, very vivid, and mood-lifting. In the room, we had a kettle, a fridge, a very well working AC. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

All was good. We stayed in the room on the ground floor by reception, but even so, it was quiet, and nothing disturbed us. Be aware that if you do not put "please clean" sign out, the room won't be ever cleaned. And a glass wall in the bathroom is really a glass wall with no curtain or anything like that. Forget about privacy. It does not exist there, but you get used to it rather quickly. There is nothing for breakfast at this hotel, so you need to go to nearby cafes. There are plenty of breakfast options in the area. TV I the room was not working as it was through internet connection, but it was not stable or strong at all.

Great value for money hotel in Chiang Mai. Staff were helpful and friendly when I arrived and checked in. Room was comfortable and clean, the bed is very firm but that seems to be common in Thailand and I personally prefer the beds to be that way. Didn’t really use the pool much, it’s pretty small but it’s nice to have if you just want to cool off and relax. Location is pretty good, 2 minute walk away from a small night market which sells local street food, there’s also a 7 eleven very near by. Only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk into the centre of the old town but you can easily take a grab/bolt for less than 100 baht. Overall I’d definitely return if I was staying in Chiang Mai again.

If you get put on the ground floor prepare for a lot of noise. There’s usually people by the pool all day so if you’re in the room you don’t get much peace. One night a group of guys sat in the lobby area until past midnight talking loud which kept me awake. If I returned again I’d be asking for a room on one of the higher floors.

Beautiful hotel with so much colour and character! We loved our stay here. Excellent location a short walk to old town, lots of amenities nearby plus a night market. The suite was very spacious and comfortable, loved the decor and fittings throughout which were very ornate. Bed was firm but to our liking. The pool was a great addition to cool off during the hot months, we spent a lot of time here!

I would suggest the hotel put more photos on Booking.com as the current ones do not quite do the beautiful hotel justice!

Had such a great stay! It’s so close to all the fun stuff in Chiang Mai (by scooter). Across a little cafe that’s open from 6-11am and a 7Eleven. The staff was amazing from the moment I checked in and actually got a room upgrade to when they let me make use of their big fridge by the pool where they keep water bottles for sale, because the room didn’t have a fridge. The pool was so great and clean. Comfortable rooms and great, clean, nicely tiled bathroom!

The mattress was pretty hard, but to me it wasn’t a huge turnoff. Also Changpuak Road is very busy and bustling with street vendors early in the morning so if you’re a light sleeper you might wanna bring ear plugs.

The room was a good size, bathroom was excellent and very clean. The pool was a decent size and clean. Very quiet at night and I had a nice terrace with table and chairs. You can buy soft drinks and beer at reception and the staff were nice. I would stay here again. Location was great, walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

great place. very clean, reasonably comfortable (the beds are very hard, but that's pretty standard in Thailand), great pool area. very centrally located, an easy walk into the old city.

Wifi was unreliable in the bedroom (4th floor)

Very colourfull small hotel. Wonderfull spacious very tasty room with view on the street and at the back side on the swimming pool. Beautiful decorated. Great bed. Bath and strong shower. Broad balcony. Nice friendly owner. A small pool. Elevator and staircase. Very reasonable priced.

Not very clean. Dusty. And the bath was really dirty with black spots. Luckily after I mentioned it the owner's daughter cleaned it. Not enough soap, shampoo, bathfoam. No breakfast. But enough places to eat in the neighbourhood. Very noisy ugly street. A little bit out of the centre. The beds were all occupied at the swimming pool during the days.

Beautiful quirky hotel located within a short 5 min walk to within Chiang Mai old city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quirky but well decorated. Shower was lush!
