This was my absolute favorite stay in Thailand! The hotel's vintage charm and attention to detail transported me to another era. The family-run atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the lush greenery surrounding the hotel created a relaxing ambiance. Perfect location, yet peaceful. Highly recommend! The hotel's charm and service are top-notch.

To make this place even more amazing, perhaps the owners could consider upgrading the pool's filtration system to keep it a little more clean.

Nice spacious room, good air-conditioning, fairly comfortable bed. Staff was very attentive and did their best to accommodate requests. Great location, just a few minutes away from a food market and within walking distance to old town of Chiang Mai. Pool area is really nice, the pool is not very big, but was enough for the guests when I stayed there. I would recommend introducing 'Do not disturb' and 'Please clean my room' cards for the door as it was a surprise when the lady tried to get in since no one told me there was daily cleaning service at the hotel. Overall it's a nice budget option with great location and very nice facilities.

Ridiculously big key chains like x10 of key size. No traveller wants to carry that around, but the staff kindly swapped it for the extra key that they had for the room after complaining. Towels left bits of fluff when using, but where nice and clean. Due to the property being a bit old, whenever the light in the bathroom would go on, there was a bad smell coming from the working ventilator, but the light from the corridor was enough to get by.

I wanted a relaxing stay in Chiang Mai and Changpuak delivered on that. The hotel.is ideally located in.a quiet spot but within easy walking distance to the old town. It's a traditional style hotel with large, clean rooms. I enjoyed my 3 day stay there.

There's no lift to the floors -wasn't a problem for me but maybe for some. No air con in the rooms which may be an issue in the Summer but the ceiling fan was adequate for my stay.

Hotel rooms are really nice. Fridge etc. There's no kettles in the room as stated and only expensive rooms have hair dryers. I was able to rebook with the hotel however had to move rooms. Pool is lovely all be it freezing cold. Staff are very nice. The lady on reception seems to run the whole place. Very very helpful. Not a pushy hotel. 30 minutes walk from Saturday Market and 10 minute walk from Sunday Market. X2 7elevens 10 minute walks in opposite direction Free water.

No atmosphere Restaurant only able to do one vegetarian meal. Not many restaurants in the vicinity. Bathroom shower drains in to the main bathroom area, soaking the whole of the floor. Lighting isn't the best in the rooms.

Honestly I was very happy with their most basic room. The bathroom was rather small, but the room itself was very spacious. The best part of my stay was the pool and their food which was not only very delicious, but also very affordable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Might be a bit far from the Old Town center for some, depending on the method of transport.

Loved the vibe of this hotel. A peaceful haven with a quiet garden and a vintage aura that I hope stays forever. Vintage in many ways for good and bad but it's so authentic that you have to love it.

The curtains of the room could be more opaque and the bathroom door is so big leaves little room to move around it and close or open.

Cleanliness of the whole property and the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious, free drinking water, the fan was great, good wifi almost everywhere, hot water and normal water pressure; maintenance of the room everyday. The location is great because we were in 5min by walking in Old town, yet we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful Oase.

They don’t let guests borrow their iron. I asked to pay for the iron so I could be ironing my dress myself because it is very delicate. But they didn’t allow

The location was great but we are walkers so that's what we did. The people here are like family and you feel that. They waved when we left. They were very helpful with our questions, etc. The breakfast was fine and they were willing to change things up for us if needed.

We are coffee drinkers and early risers. It is difficult to find it anywhere besides 7-11 before 8 in the morning.

The pool is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is great, just a short walk to the old town and about 20-30 minutes walk to MAYA shopping centre. The room and entire hotel was spotless and there is a housekeeping service daily.

We had some issues with mosquitoes in the room but once we covered over the drain in the bathroom this helped with the issue.
