It has a relaxing vibe. The room was nice with a lot of natural light and had a really comfy bed and good quality sheets. Breakfast was good. There is free drinking water and they have washing machines and dryers (costs 40 baht per load and you can exchange for coins at the front desk). The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well.

There could be a bit more attention to cleanliness, for example there were some hairs in the shower drain when we arrived, and the pool always had leaves in it. But these are minor issues that should be easy to address.

the place is amazing, with really comfortable rooms and the breakfast is delicious and with variety of food. they also provide water and coffee at all times for free! the hotel is really pretty as well and the area is very quiet. the laundry room is well equipped and it’s not expensive. the staff are so helpful and always ready to make your stay more pleasant.

the pool doesn’t have any sun unfortunately. however is amazing to relax there while reading a book!!

We had a great stay here, our room was big and clean. The hotel is quiet but still has a nice buzz around it. If you’re only staying in the area for 1/2 nights you might prefer somewhere a bit more closer to the old town (~20 min walk) but as we were there for 4 we got to explore the area more and came to really love the location. Would definitely recommend.

The shower pressure in our room was relatively weak but manageable

I liked the convenience of it being right across from the Thai massage school ITM. It made early mornings easier. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Also having laundry inside the hotel was good because I can do it there and not wait for it from a service.

The bathroom wasn't as big as the previous hotel and there's no where to store products inside of the shower. However, it didn't make my experience terrible. It was cleaned everyday and fresh towels, shower caps, soap, and toothbrushes were given as well.

The room is spacious, especially with a very large bathroom. The hotel provides complimentary drinking water and breakfast—while the options are limited, it’s quite satisfying for the price.

Although the location isn’t close to the Old City or Nimman Road, getting a Grab ride is easy. The only downsides were the number of mosquitoes and the slightly slow WiFi in the room, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was very nice and clean but they didn’t check if there was enough shower gel and shampoo when they cleaned the room. The staffs were nice and helpful. The location is 15 minutes walk to the north gate which is quite good. Overall a very nice experience!

The only thing was that they didn’t check the shower gel so we didn’t have it for several days.

The hotel is very beautiful, the pool is right at the entrance. All employees are very polite. The rooms are large, clean, and extremely comfortable.

There's practically no sun shining on the pool, so the water stays cold all the time, which doesn't let you enjoy the pool. The location was far from the center, we always had to take a taxi to get around.

Everything was exceptional. We were surprised when we found out it was a 3-star hotel, when it did better than most 4-star hotels in our opinion. Great value of money, very spacious and cozy room, exceptional breakfast with traditional Thai dishes

This is a reach considering its 3-star rating, but would be nice to have a kettle in the room so we can boil water, and some complimentary tea and coffee

- very good price - quality - comfy beds - water, coffee and tea are free - helpfull and friendly staff - limited breakfast options, but what you can eat is very good - nice pool - would stay here again and would recommend to others

- overall the hotel needs some maintenance. Like mold in the bathroom, paint on the walls - would recommend to go for the deluxe room as it is more spacious and slightly better for a little penny more

I visited many hotel in my life, but this is absolutely one of my favourite. The location is very good, a lot of plants and lights make a very chill atmosphere. City center is 15 minutes walk, but there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. They provide for free water and snacks every time, furthermore there is a laundry also free of charge. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed and enough space. Breakfast is essential, but ok to satisfy everyone.

Only little suggestion: please, make sign to indicate what is food served during breakfast, I am European (and vegetarian)and it’s impossible for me to understand what tipe of food was. Moreover, I dislike joint smell’s on the stairs
