The staff is kind and they willing to help you, the only thing they don't speak English or their English is very poor. The room was clear with tall desk for the work. I also enjoyed my time on the balcony. Daily cleaning, like it.

The building is not very sturdy; you can hear footsteps coming from the stairs. The elevator is inactive at night, probably because of the noise it would make.

The staff is excellent, everyone is smiling and always ready to help. The room is cleaned every day, very clean and tidy. The location is good, not far from the center. There's a large balcony, and it's a fairly quiet area.

The room is a bit outdated, though the photos make it look newer than it actually is. The soundproofing is not great, and we had very loud neighbors whose noise we could hear every evening.

Would highly recommend this place! It's a walk away from the old city, some great restaurants and bars like North Gate Jazz Co-Op. The rooms were super comfortable and the staff was always around to help out! The reception area is also a great workplace if you're working remotely and don't feel like stepping out. Restaurants like Uncle Home are a 2 min walk away.

It was a great location, a shop just around the corner, 711 5 mins away, food markets and shops all around it and just a 10-15 minute walk to the moat. The staff were lovely, the room had great facilities (even an air purifier which would have been an absolute gamechanger during the smokey season!) and a beautiful view of the mountains from the large balcony. It had both aircon and a fan which was also a nice surprise - most places tend to have one or the other...

We were only there for 1 night so I didn't spend long enough really to dislike anything... If I was REALLY picky, it would be that we only had 1 card key, so when I went to the shop I couldn't take a key to get back in the main door, OR I would have to leave my husband and son without power... The times I did go to the shop the staff were very accommodating and, even at 10pm, waited for my return so that I could get back in, very nice ladies there.

Unfortunately the building is not soundproof at all and you can hear your neighbors. I had big troubles sleeping. The staff was super nice about it and moved me to another room but that didn’t really help.

It was just perfect! And I highly recommend this cosy accommodation. Many thanks for everything!

I love the location which can see the Mountain View and the price is affordable. Worth it!

The lane might be narrow if you drive the car, parking also limited so you may need to ask in advance.

Great staff, lovely room and balcony. very modern

Not the best location. we found it hard to find the property as the name of the hotel doesn’t match the sign they have outside which caused confusion- we had to ask 4 different locals in order to find it. it’s also away from the strip, about 20 minute walk.

Staff very very friendly! the room is super clean but there is some dust in the window overall super happy staying in here. also, the owner was super helpful when we asked for early check-in.
