Staff were fantastic, let us check in early and leave our bags in reception, and very kindly moved our bags to our apartment later. They were very attentive and helpful! The villa was gorgeous and very clean, it was a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, a short walk into the city which wasn't an issue at all. Property was very safe and secure.

We were staying in a 9-bed villa, which we knew involved a sofa bed in the lounge, that was fine, but didn't realise involved 2 double beds on a dais. May well have realised if we had looked at photos more closely, but it was mattresses on the floor on a dais above the living room, meaning privacy from the living room was difficult and the people sleeping there couldn't go to bed earlier. Odd bathroom doors that weren't very private! But these are minor issues, the place overall was fantastic.

Place was amazing, neat and spacious. Very good value for price! The service was excellent, I had an incident where I dropped my phone in a grab car, the lady at the place (Joyjin) was extremely helpful, calling the driver and giving me a lift to meet him and get the phone, then taking me to the airport just in time to make it to my flight. I wouldn’t have been able to get my lost phone and make it to my flight without her & her motorcycle. Thanks a lot Joyjin! Highly recommend the place.

The property was very well prep and clean. Everything was very organised and you indeed get lots of free coffee, tea and noodles in the pantry! Staff was super friendly and approachable and was able to arrange my tour properly for me too. Very knowledgable staffs.

The location it’s a wee bit far from the places that you might want to go to but the peace of the place justifies that. Only down side is the rooms and villas are not very sound proof.

love the accommodation suitable for big group of friend. the host is very fast responding and able to attend all our request.

the accommodation is clean but may require maintanence as some wooden floor worn out or the mezzanaine floor steel looks dirty. another point is there alot of unknown flies and ants, not hamrmful bit irritating. lack of dining table for all of us to eat in but living room is the only place.

Spacious, clean Two toilets and two bathrooms Also have a common laundry machine Location is nice. There are a lot of shops and a small market near by. Just 10 min walk.

Everything ; staffs are friendly and helpful, beds are sooooo comfy, rooms are clean , internet is excellent , love how the property provide netflix channel. Location is near the main tourist attractions. Prices was really nice

There is a beautiful shared dining room and a pantry where you can make some coffee or Milo in.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom 🥲. One of the rooms is kind of connected to the living room. No sound insulation at all.
