Room was very spacious. Kitchen was well equiped and clean. It’s about a 15min walk to the old town but it’s next to a great food market and tons of other food outlets. There is also a large supermarket nearby if needed Unfortunately I had to leave the hotel 5 days early due to a work issue that I had to attend to. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with my situation. I will certainly come back. 10/10.

Exceptionally clean! I’ve never seen a hotel room that was that impeccable before. The maintenance staff are superb. The front office staff and resto staff are exceptionally friendly, kind and professional. To the point that the bows felt like a bit too much, Im not royalty you know but it felt that way sometimes. The room is MASSIVE. It felt like way too much space for me. But then I grew to love it, the natural light, the views, the soundproofing, the complimentary water, the fresh towels every single day. I took full advantage and had my sheets changed every other day. They are high quality cotton and felt very nice to the touch. Same with the pillows. Everything was high quality from beginning to end. This hotel is very well managed and maintained. The staff are on point and it felt like some of the 5 star stays I’ve enjoyed while travelling in SE Asia. I cooked every day while I was there. It well enough stoked with new pans and pots. The fridge is spotless, the cooktop was great too. There are vendors right around the corner with some goodies if one was adventurous enough to try. I WISH I had more time. Unfortunately, I had to cut my time short but they were so gracious about it and were on top of adjusting my bill despite the policy from the booking.com app

Location was pretty good, not very far from the old town, the staff were very helpful and eager to help, breakfast was pretty good with fresh food, hotel workers are very welcoming and friendly, hotel offers laundry services as well

breakfast was a bit too modest with not a lot of choice and limited selection, no buffet but you only get a personal plate with your order

This is the third year we’ve stayed here for the CM6 trail race. The staff is always so accommodating for us!! It’s a very comfortable place to come back to. We always look forward to the great breakfast, too 😅🤣. We never even question staying here when we come up to Chiang Mai.

It isn’t in the center of Chiang Mai so it would be a little difficult if you are a tourist without a bike or car (not a problem for us since it was close to the race and we had a car, but for backpacker types it might be more difficult).

Quiet bedroom. Clean Nice smell greeted you in the room. Great view of Doi Suthep mountain with the moon and the occasional passing aircraft. We were always greeted kindly by the breakfast and reception staff. Parking was good even though tight. Keep it up Viangbua Mansion staff.. Excellent

Nothing We quickly learned to turn right onto the main road and not zig zag through the many small backstreets when turning left

Everything, the girls on reception were so very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, the room was exceptionally comfortable, when we couldn’t have breakfast on last day due to early flight they made us a sandwich box that also had lots of fresh fruit and gave us a great start to our busy day. Can’t thank them enough for a wonderful stay.

Location a bit outside of the old city center of Chiang Mai approx. 20 min. walking distance in an authentic local neighbourhood with a market nearby. The staff was super nice and helpful with any reuqest we had, and the breakfast was also very good with a varied selection. Overall great value for money.

First the decor of the hotel is really nice, an older classic design. The room was quite large and came with a sink, dishes and cutlery. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, they made you feel at home and like family. Everyone made our stay memorable. The breakfast and food choice were sufficient and the food was prepared when you ask for it. I will certainly go back and stay at this property

There was some light bleeding in from around the door at night and the old style window in the bathroom didn't seal very well, which require the AC to run more than needed.

Everything is wonderful, beautiful hotel, room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
