The hotel is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. Everything seems relaxed and the staff is happy to help with anything. The swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids and teens. We saw it as a plus that the hotel is not in the city centre, since it is in a more authentic local area. Also taking a cab or Bolt to and from the centre is easy and cheap. There are lots of small and cosy local eateries all around, with great Thai food. The breakfast at the hotel is really good. The cafe Book thief, beside the restaurant, is also extremely cozy and has delicious snacks and breakfast.

The beds are quite hard for what we are used to and the rooms lack some kind of closets to keep your stuff in, even though they are nice and spacious.

Modern and minimalist. Got basic facilities. Rooms are big as we have 5 and booked connecting rooms with 2 toilets. Cleaners made room very clean and no smell at toilet. Super helpful receptionist and recommended all our restaurants for dinner (premium or cheap ones) and where to shop for local stuff. Reasonably convenient grab 10-15 mins to old city centre. Street food within 5 mins walk. Lots of massage place around. Supermarket and convenient store within 5 mins walk. Nice coffee place nearby as well. Very quiet.

No breakfast provided. No gym. No restaurants hence if we have a tired day and wanna chill at hotel. No choice must go out for dinner.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, we used the pool one day during our stay and it was very nice and relaxing. The room was big and the bathroom was very nice. Very clean hotel. I like the decor and style of the hotel! Cute little coffee shop at the same location.

It's a little far from the old town, no problem to get a Grab but around 30 min walk which is ok during the day but not at night. No bar but there is a fridge with some beer etc you can purchase and sit outside or in the lobby. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel. We had a lovely stay 😊

The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need. The pool area is lovely, plenty of seating and the sun hits the pool until the late afternoon. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Located in a great area, slightly further out of the main old city but only a 25 minute walk to the centre. Near to some great places to eat and the boxing stadium if you want to watch Muay Thai. Would highly recommend!

The beds are very firm, but that’s personal preference. We got used to it after a few days.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Santitham. Perfect area as a base for exploring and also for local food. Surrounded with tonnes of options to eat, and as it’s so close to the city centre you can order from just about any restaurant in Chiang Mai for delivery via Grab. Room was a good size and always clean, bathroom and shower were spot on. My only complaint would be the beds are absolutely solid. A 10/10 on the firmness scale. But that’s a personal preference thing I suppose… I didn’t use the pool but the whole pool area and reception was always clean and inviting. Would stay here again for sure.

Property felt very luxury, nice calming music around the pool. Clean and spacious rooms! All staff were so lovely and spoke very good English too. The pool was a great size and bonus of the slide.

downside was all sunbeds are in the pool meaning you lay in water and the sun goes behind the trees/ building after 3pm And the bathroom doors are so squeaky so you can here other people go in and out

We booked the family room which was ideal for a family of 4. The mattresses were firm and the bedding comfy. It was spacious, with a small sofa / seating area, and room to fit a few large suitcases. Kids enjoyed time splashing and lounging at the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful in booking local transport and providing directions. Located within 10-15 mins drive to the weekend night markets.

Wifi was intermittent and weak. While it was convenient to have breakfast downstairs, the fare was pretty basic - fried rice, sunny side ups, scrambled eggs, stir fried veg, sausages, toast with jelly, cornflakes and the same dishes were served everyday. Shower took a while to heat up and on one night, the water was only lukewarm at best

Free breakfast, juices and water free throughout the day. Everything very clean, modern style, great value for money. Lots of coffee shops in the area.

Difficult to fault. Slight walk into the centre but straight forward to get there, not worth putting you off staying here. Would have been nice to have a shower room after checkout. Our transfer was in the evening so this would have been nice to freshen up before we moved on.

We loved the hotel, particularly the reception area, a lovely pool. Modern, cleaners were good. Man at the reception helpful. Really nice stay.

The tiny sink as you come into the rooms is not big enough and water goes everywhere. They have balcony rooms facing a wall- so be careful with choosing your room. We asked at reception to change our room, we were given a room higher up with a view but no balcony.
