A really comfortable and excellent stay - clean, calm, very kind owners (family owned, one of my main priorities) - bikes could be borrowed free of charge. Fridge in the room and easy to use, quickly reacting airconditioning. Close to a local area with good, affordable food :) Only thing was a little bit of traffic noise but I didn't mind as I was always tired and happy after a day well spent in Chiang Mai! Definitely recommended to travellers who would like to spend their nights in a calm area a bit away form the tourist brouhaha of the old city. A place where you feel safe and taken care of if you have any questions or would like to go on tours, and where you can borrow a bike for free if you prefer to just roam around quietly on your own :) I really, really appreciated it. Lovely stay!

Family run hotel, superfriendly and always ready to help. They gave us a lot of information and if we needed something, it was arranged immediatly, such as tips and transport for the lantern festival and transportation to Pai. The room was superclean, everyday clean towels (soft and packed seperate in plastic bags which we loved!) + it was cleaned every day. Location was perfect: just outside of the really busy Old Town. If you want a good night's rest, definitly choose this hotel. 7 eleven right across the street! Can not recommend it more, it deserves 5 stars!

Everything, I’m normally pretty picky when it comes down to the cleaning. However I will give this place 10/10. I believe this is a family business that everyone here cares and the service has been extremely excellent!!! By the way, I have got an upgrade to the bigger and better by surprise! This hotel has made my trip unforgettable ❤️🫶🏻, so I stay here longer than my original plan. Thank you so much for looking after me, I will be back for sure!

the service was beyond amazing, very friendly, tried to accommodate for every need and anything that came up, the place has a feel of understated quality, felt very comfortable there

the wifi was quite spotty and irregular, they did a lot to try to fix it, which was deeply appreciated

I liked the family and relaxed atmosphere. Proximity to fabulous coffee and easy to walk to the old city. Very comfortable as a female solo traveller. .

The traffic noise was overwhelming at times.

The service was over excellent. They were simply the best, they treat us very well and helped out with a petition we made.

A delightful little place with a lovely coffee shop next door for your breakfast (shut on a Sunday). Lovely father and daughter who will assist in anyway they can. 100% recommend this family run place. Thank you.

Beautiful room, well-arranged with a cozy atmosphere, very clean. Close to the old town and many coworking spaces nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

the room is very clean. Beds are comfort. The owners are friendly, they recommend us a place for eating and traveling. There are 7-11, aka-ama cafe, homemade donut shop and night street food near the hotel.

We had the best stay of our trip to Thailand in this hotel. Also the best host we had, we could leave our backpacks in the hotel when we went to Pai for a few days. Clean and spacious rooms, the night after Pai we again stayed here (room 2), we even got an upgrade to the suite.
