It is a new hotel with a good location, good value for money. There is a food court with many restaurants right opposite of the hotel. The lobby is a big open area, one side is allocated for breakfast and since it is part of the lobby, the whole lobby may smell of food during breakfast hours. Breakfast is good with many choices, mainly Asian. The Deluxe King Room is spacious, well-furnished but there is no cupboard, instead there is an open cloth hanging rail. There are no closed storage facilities but there is a long wall to wall counter which acts as a table and storage place. Ther is a similar wall to wall shelf behind the bed. The room has a safe box, tea making facilities and a small fridge. The bathroom is compact but okay. There were only two bath towels, no hand or face towels. There are toiletries in the bathroom, but you need to request a dental kit, a razor and a slipper if needed. The TV has only local channels. The bed is comfortable and the Wi-Fi is good. The hotel has no pool or gym.

The location was outstanding. Building/room was in okay shape for the cost. Hotel had great facilities. Hotel was fairly close to all areas of the city, about 20 min by walk. Plus there are many meal option nearby.

Some linens were different shades of yellow, maybe it's time to take some linens out of circulation. There was a minor problem with ants in the room, sealing cracks would help.

The location is great. Convenient to go anywhere. The location is near many temples, restaurants and street foods. The room is spacious & clean. Bed is big & mattress is comfy. Staff are helpful & friendly. Upgrade us to a bigger room and late check-out.

The towels and slippers need to be changed. Very old. The slippers are worn by other people and hygienic is unacceptable to have it for the next guest. WIFI signal poor, kept buffering and disconnecting.

Ace in every way. Had the best stay in Thailand so far.

The gym is rather small and not very well equipped but it did the job with a few tweaks

This hotel was the perfect place to stay. It’s conveniently located near the main stores and mall (with taxi). If you’re looking for a place to eat, the nearby all-you-can-eat gourmet restaurant is a must-try, it was delicious! The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The water leaks from the shower to the other parts of the bathroom. You should seal the glass barrier with silicon.

Size of the room is huge compared to any other hotels I stayed in Thailand. New building, clean, good location, bottled water available, breakfast buffet, umbrella to take if raining or hot, nice staff.

It’s very clean and minimal. We love the buffet breakfast and free water. Also, I highly commend the hotel manager, Mesa! He’s very kind, accommodating and helpful. He’s the best!!!

General manager, who ia called 'Mesa Kamonrat' was extremely kind to the all guests. In particular I was moved by how he showed sincerity in solving the difficulties of the guests. I can say that he is the best hotelier who I have ever met before. In addition breakfast was excellent.

It's directly across from a bar / restaurant which was nice and also within walking distance to street food vendors. Easy enough to find tuk tuk / taxi's to go to night market, etc. Great value for money all in all

The staff had that very no-nonsense style found sometimes in Bangkok. Not a negative, just makes me laugh at times as very efficient but they're there to do a job. Maybe it was just the language barrier
