I really like this hotel and the family that operates it. Hotel is located just where I needed it to be, very close to the best pool hall in Chiang Mai and I could walk there in 5 minutes. Also it's pretty cheap and they even offer laundry services per basket for 200 baht which is very cheap compared to what hotels are usually trying to charge you by the piece. Internet was also pretty good with very few interruptions in 10 days. I've had much worse internet in hotels that are of higher category during this trip.

Table in room was pretty small (I was working remotely so had to put laptop, keyboard, mouse and a few accessories on it). Not a lot of choice in breakfast options. You get to choose from a few types of eggs, vegan option, stir-fried rice, toast with jam and pancakes. Or all of the above if you prefer that.

The property was in a brilliant location within the old town and everything was very accessible on foot. The staff were very helpful, providing a map and advice when I arrived. They even advised where the best place to go to observe the flower festival parade was and I secured a prime spot as a result! The room was very clean and it was a nice welcome to have a basket of complimentary snacks. I also loved the little black cat that seemed to be present a lot 😊

There was a kettle in the room and coffee cups but no coffee sachets which was strange

Everything is amazing, this is our 2nd stay and we would not stay anywhere else. it’s spotless clean great comfy bed, pillows and linen. the shower is great with shampoo and soap. the towels are fluffy and clean. the Wi-Fi is great but the best thing is the air con it’s cools the rooms in seconds. the laundry was done at a great price and was clean and smelled fresh. thank you.

Super friendly clean and bright nice breakfast starts at 7am which is great if your going on a tour well located i actually left my phone behind in the room and never noticed till i got through security at the airport so i had to rush back and the cleaner had found it and handed it into reception, so big shout out to their honesty you can feel real safe staying here..

No tea or coffee in the room even though there`s a kettle and cups but i guess you could pick some up at breakfast time if needed..

Everyone was super nice and kind there. The position is perfect, not only close to the main attractions in the old city with walkable distance, but it’s also extremely close to Wat Lok Moli (the favorite temple in Chiang Mai so far) and the north gate where you can take the cheap red taxi to Doi Suthep and the night food market which I highly recommend. Our rooms are clean, simple in a good way, comfy, beds are superb. Mine in particular, which faces the road, was spacious and luminous with big windows. I slept so well even if it was facing the street, couldn’t hear a thing. Breakfast was simple but delicious, fresh and homey.

Only one tiny note: the water pressure and temperature at the shower is not consistent and stable enough. Other than that everything was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you everyone! :)

The property is clean, well managed and maintained and the staff are so warm and hospitable they make you feel like family, they make you feel like home. They are so helpful, cheerful and asks what you need and give good suggestions on what to check out in Chiang Mai in terms of foods, what to do etc. Their breakfast is delicious with some choices and well presented. Even though I told myself I won’t have any breakfast just to watch my eating but the moment I saw the food I can’t resist them 😀

I stayed at Gusto House for over a month, I was still doing some remote work in U.S. timezone, so I was sleeping in each day and it was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was extrememly friendly and the room was kept very clean. The location was awesome, right by one of the old town gates next to some really good restaraunts and a local gym. The breakfast was great and the wifi was very fast. I would happily stay here again.

Nice staff was very friendly, breakfast was prepared to order every day, the price was reasonable and location right close to old town walls was easy to find. There are reasonable restaurants nearby. They have a cafe and coffee on site. The accommodations were clean and basic with very cool refrigerator and a kettle. They do laundry for a reasonable price. I did not use their services to rent a motorbike or tour services, but they also have that available. Reception is on site from 5 am to 8pm and you can use a key card to get in after 8pm.

The staff were very kind and tried their best to sort out everything ensuring that their gust is having a happy stay not only in the hotel but also on the city.

Everything is good! The cleaning is perfect! The room is quite and smells good . All the supplies are good enough. There’s laundry of this hotel so very easy to stay long time. It’s really convenience ! Place very good. And I very recommend the restaurant at just super near of the left side of this hotel ( local Thai food , super good taste and price). And the staffs are so nice! English very good . Easy to communicate. Recommend lot of good places. We really appreciate ! And there’s a very cute black kitty!
