A brand new hotel, and absolutely beautiful. The staff were both professional and personal (they remembered my name!!). Extremely helpful and proud to show off their city. Everything in the hotel is so thoughtful - from fresh, distilled water constantly available, to the staff regularly putting out fresh fruit or local steamed sticky rice as a snack for anyone staying. Fresh coffee and tea are always available, and there if you wanted to work from the hotel, there is a beautiful, quiet space by the pool. The property itself is extremely clean, new and cleverly laid out. It was a joy to stay here. Truly a remarkable space and level of service.

Clean property, nice size beds, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet choices, everything is still quite new. Good air conditioning and water pressure. Walking distance to a few streets with restaurants. Small, but nice pool. Free drinking water.

There is zero storage for clothing, no dresser or shelves, only hangers. So you need to use your suitcase as a ‘drawer’. Also no bathroom storage. Bathroom door facing straight to beds and has a frosted glass door, so when you need to use the bathroom during the night you light up the full room. Pillows are way too firm. Buffet food isn’t very hot.

Pros, the breakfast full of vegetables and green factors and with all that we loved it. The fruits are great and pastry are full of imaginations and coffee machines of two are fabulous. The open style restaurant facing swimming pool makes life more lighter and greater. I am appreciate of the check-in counter while we we arrived the hotel before 11:00 am ( we move from Rimwiang hotel - near by hotel) and soon let us into room #209 without waiting around 4 hours before 14:00 The 2nd floor cleaning male staff are friendly too helping me to carry the luggage to 1st floor while we check out.

Cons: The restaurant iron & steel chair ( the room too) seems like way too heavy to move. and this chairs makes a great noisy when other customers moves chair in and out. How come you're chosen a 10KG chair. I am 70 years old man and I am helping my wife chair. this is might killing me to handle such a heayweighted chair.

Super central location in the old city. Comfortable rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. In the lobby you can get juice, coffee, tea water and fresh fruit all day long for free. Breakfast buffet had a great choice. Would stay there any time! :)

The location of the pool (right in front of the restaurant) is not really inviting for bathing or chilling. The hall is rather noise and the rooms not super sound proof - bring your ear plugs! :) Detail: all the chairs were very heavy to move - not super functional 😅

This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Snacks, bottled water, tea, and coffee are provided throughout the day and even the minibar inside the fridge is refilled! The room is of good size and the beds are comfortable. I have never slept so well in any hotel room before, not even 5-star ones. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices and food changes every day. My favourite part is the bar seats beside the small pool. It's the perfect place to chill after a day out in the sun. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the old city but it's just a few minutes walk away from all the action.

Por Singharat is conveniently located in Old Town Chiangmai, which means easy access to popular temples like Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Pra Singh. There are also many good restaurants and cafés within very reasonable walking distance. Chang Puek night market is just 5 minutes away on foot. The lobby & pool areas are ideal for lounging/relaxing during the day. The hotel also provides water, fruits, coffee & tea all day round in these areas.

Some guests were not considerate and hung out at the pool even though they were not swimming (and weren’t even wearing swimsuits!) They were noisy and vaping/smoking, so the tables had some cigarette ashes on them. It was unpleasant for others who didn’t smoke. On my second night, my air conditioning smelled like cigarette smoke, and I think it’s because some guests had been smoking in their bathroom (and all the vents are connected) However, I alerted the staff, and the following day they had my ac filters cleaned.

The hotel is so modern and clean, the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations of places to eat and visit whilst in Chiang Mai. There was unlimited free water available in the hotel which was a big perk. There are also free bicycles available to use which were a great way to get around Chiang Mai. It’s a good location and close to the Sunday walking market.

The breakfast selection could be a bit better with more options for Western food. There isn’t a lot of space to store clothes besides a small hanging space but not shelves or drawers.

Everything!, the rooms were very modern and well designed. We had a lovely pool view. They were restocked with snacks drinks and toiletries every day. The breakfast was delicious, all tastes catered for, and there was a constant supply of snacks and drinks all day . The pool was beautiful and stayed open until 9pm each evening.

Nothing, it was perfect

This place is simple, modern and clean. Don’t expect luxury but they have everything that makes your stay comfortable. Great breakfast spread with a lot of western and Asian options. We love that they make available throughout the day, water, fruit, snacks, coffee and tea all included in our stay. Staff is young but all very nice and Helpful!

The pool area is super slippery and no steps to enter which is hazardous. The hotel is situated on a dark quiet street . Although it’s safe and in a residential area, wish there were more street lights.

Absolutely everything! Fabulous new hotel which is spotlessly clean. The staff were really wonderful, very friendly and always available to help with any queries, nothing was a problem!There is such a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is really good and having water, fruit and snacks available throughout the day is very welcome. Pool area small but lovely to relax at after a day of sightseeing. This is also spotless, the staff are constantly cleaning.
