The staff were friendly and attentive.The loft room was stunning and cleaned each day. It was soo peaceful and relaxing to stay at this hotel and the food was nice. We also arrived at 11am and they allowed us to check in at 12:30 rather than 2pm which was helpful as we had been up early, travelling majority of the day.

We weren't able to use the pool jets most of the time which was a little annoying. You can hear bit of road noise but that can't be helped and still a peaceful place. I booked this hotel because on booking.com it says there was a spa/massages service however that is not true, we were told they could get someone to come massage us and gave us a few leaflets to get massages at other hotels.

We have spent 10 days here. A lovely hotel. The staff are so helpful. My daughter has coeliac disease and needs a gluten free diet and the chef and staff were very careful to ensure all the food provided for her was gluten free. The food was excellent, with a variety of Thai food as well as a pizza and pasta menu. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Relaxing gardens looking over the river with a cocktail was bliss! 7 minute walk to 7/11. 10 min taxi into the city. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Anyone with mobility issues should book a ground floor room as there is not a lift. Although the staff were very quick to help with luggage up the stairs when we arrived.

Nice and clean and the bed was comfy. The morning view of the sunrise and the Ping River is always stunning as it always is.

The layout of the room is a bit strange for me (personal opinion). The room is nice, but it would have been great if the working table was set somewhere near the window. (The table is set behind the bed, the bed is placed in the middle of the room which blocked the view of the river when I had the zoom meeting. So, I had to sit behind the bed next to the wall, and cannot see the view of the Ping River.

The deluxe room was ideal good size with swimming up comfortable bed good Air con and fan Sunbeds on grassed area facing the river very peaceful and relaxing

Only one pillow per person only 2 t bags 2 coffee sachets . No English speaking news or any channel on TV The classic breakfast was not very nice at all Not hot and obviously trying to be boutique dining Advertised as sausages , not plus beans , bacon do not expect full English breakfast wherever I go but this version was not good

Great penthouse room. Friendly staff. Resturant is great! I feel it needs better advertising as the food was awesome! Maybe the fact it’s called a cafe people don’t assume the great variety of menu. We enjoyed our stay here as a good relax place.

It’s a bit remote which we did know it would be the case. You can get grab taxis which make it easy. Some of the building needs a bit of maintenance as there is some outdoor weather damage. The water pressure is a bit sporadic, one minute it’ll be really strong shower pressure then it will stop. I imagine this could be due to the fact it’s tank water? It also would be good to have the TV logged into the wifi so you can utilise Netflix etc,

-The pool was freezing and not the cleanest -Limited food choices for veggie and gluten free -Some ants in the room so make sure you don’t leave any food uncovered -No English TV channels

Very spacious & clean room with all the necessary things provided. We had booked the loft room which has an inside staircase to go up. The staff member helped us to get the luggage to the higher floor. The bathroom too was ultra spacious :-D The breakfast had multiple ala-karte options including vegetarian friendly choices. The food was great too. Definitely recommended to stay here.

Lovely place, friendly & helpful staff, green & quiet. Food at the cafe was terrific! A wonderful place to stay.

I was suprized there's no elevator. We stayed in the penthouse, and the stairs might be difficult for some guests. I was also surprized at how cold the pool is, but we did go in winter (December), and it wasn't an issue to sit in the sun then cool my legs to cool down.

The view of Ping River from the room is very beautiful. The room is specious and clean.

The toilet and the shower room is connected which would have been ok, but there is no border or edge between the toilet and the shower room. So, when I took a shower, the water flew to the toilet area.

Some painting fixing in the room really not clean for a hotel like this , room 8 Breakfast is nice expect for the low amount of coffee served and also the pancakes are really not good , they taste uncooked they should change the recipe
