This is definitely the place to go for a vacation, the estate is as beautiful as a dream, the natural surroundings, the restaurant, gym, swimming pool and all the other services and facilities are great, I had a wonderful three days here. It's also very easy to get to the Elephant Café from here, you can book a car in advance with the hotel and it's a perfect travel route. Increase the frequency of shuttle buses

It is an amazing botanical garden. It is out of the city but an easy grab ride and it has a very nice location on top of a hill. There’s nothing much there but the resort, so don’t expect any shop or restaurant nearby. The hotel is new, lovely rooms, amazing limongrass smell, very nice pool. The food is very good at the restaurant, bit pricey, especially the drinks.

The staff is just not there yet, especially at the café. It tool ages to get our order, they don’t understand what we want, it was almost impossible to get our order by the pool. No there’s room for improvement. Also it’s important to notice that the place is not in Chiang Mai, but 30-45 min away.

Our stay at Flora Creek was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The gardens surrounding the hotel were incredibly beautiful and well-maintained, giving us the feeling of being in a European castle garden. Hotel itself felt new and modern. We enjoyed dining at both hotel restaurants, and the breakfasts were great - suitable for vegetarians as well. The pool looked magical, but be aware that the trees cast shade almost all the time if you intend to sunbathe. The territory is vast, with rooms / cottages scattered in various locations, providing a private and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the movie nights in the garden, expertly organised by the hotel with all the comforts needed.

One thing to consider is that the hotel is a bit far from Chiang Mai, making taxi services challenging to arrange. However, the hotel can assist, albeit at a slightly higher cost. Luckily, having our own transportation made this a non-issue for us. If you seek tranquility with picturesque surroundings and don't mind the distance, this place is a perfect.

Peaceful and harmonic. Walking around the property is enough to calm your nerves. Restaurants, swimming pools, spa etc. are all available within the property. Rooms are extremely spacious, the bathroom is amazing as well. Hotel staff are very attentive and responsive. Room service is great. Buggies can be requested to reach the reception with ease. Overall, a great retreat away from the busy streets of Bangkok.

Would have loved to have had a smart TV in the room, as we enjoy the occasional Netflix and YouTube binges whilst eating and relaxing.

Beautiful haven in the outskirts of Chiang Mai ! I stayed overnight and could rest in the hotel without having to go anywhere : fantastic spa experience (full on 3.5 hour signature treatment with excellent therapists ! The signature 90-min massage was the best I had in Chiang Mai and for a very good price !) and delicious and affordable dinner ! Very kind staff, will definitely recommend ! Just plan to book your taxis ahead as there is not a lot of them around the hotel :) but reception will help you if needed.

Location is perfect. Peaceful. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Big Swimming and cool under big three shadow even its really sunny in the midday but at the pool was still cool the water even cold. Comfortable room en balcony. Love Many choices of breakfast.

Not enought bike for rent in the park. We came bit late of winter 9-11 Feb so less flowers than we expected. Coffee machine works bit too long than normal.

Stunning setting, feels like paradise! The flowers, gardens and creek are so beautiful. Spa is wonderful, facilities are luxurious. The food at dinner was really good, with plenty of options for western travellers. Room was so spacious, clean and contemporary. Special touches were made for our honeymoon. Highly recommend this little oasis!

Swimming pool tiles were full of flies and leaves, could have been cleaner. No staff around the pool to do checks or offer towels/ drinks. The staff in the main restaurant were very slow, which was frustrating at times. No one really checked to see if everything was ok and the food came at different times. For such a beautiful hotel, it weirdly lacked atmosphere.

The grounds, the beautiful large room, bathroom, pool and fitness room. The staff were very kind and friendly. The restaurant was nice but the staff can use a little more training.

The pool needs a little more attention. It sits in a shaded area and a lot of leaves fall in the pool, so little extra care to keep it clean.

Flora Creek was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and delightful. The pool, the restaurant, and most of all the outdoor spaces were so pretty (and the room was fine too, with big windows and a nice balcony). The restaurant offered a good and tasty variety of food for fair prices, and while the pool bar wasn't open during my stay, they happily delivered food and drinks to the pool.

While not a problem, during my stay some days breakfast was a buffet and some days it was to order. It was always abundant! My friend and I wished there were more or better pastry/baked options.

My lovely holiday hotel to stay in Chiang mai

Crazy cold swimming pool, you should install heater here. Its beautiful pool, but absolutely unusable at winter time. Slowly service at restaurant, we always await food about 30-40 minutes, same at when we was only alone customer here.. Fix this two things and your hotel will be perfect 🙏
