Hence, didn't take the risk But if you like and are lucky enough, you get to park under the shelter for the motorbike in front of the hotel

Can't get an extra key card or separate the key from the 'switch card' for the electricity hence, things don't get charged when you are out of your room The hot water in the showers wasn't working on the morning I left

Great reception staff, with servicable English. The room was big - c.50m2 - and clean. En-suite bathroom, kettle ... all good! The breakfast was great - buffet, topped up with a separate meal from the menu, all included in the (very favourable!) price.

The hotel loses points on small things. The wi-fi connection kept dropping with suspicious regularity - about every 10 minutes. Did the hotel time it so? I couldn't;t be bothered to enquire, so I used my own. No hot water in the shower. Not a big deal when the weather flirts with 30C even in the night, but still ... easily fixable, but it was not.

The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Chumphon, at walking distance from the train station. I was very much impressed by the helpfulness of the hotel staff!! I forgot some documents in my room when I checked out and noticed this only when I was already in the train to Hat Yai. I could not travel back due to the train timetable in place. A very helpful conductor called the hotel on my behalf and explained my situation. It was then agreed that the hotel would take my document folder to the Chumphon train station from where it would be sent by a night train to Hat Yai train station. And this worked out perfectly: I got back my documents the next morning in Hat Yai. A BIG "THANK YOU" to everybody involved but especially to the very helpful hotel staff!!!!

We always stay here on our way to and from Koh Tao after getting off and going to the train station. It’s a 5 min walk to the train station. The night market and small mall are also 5 min walk away.

There is a side door into the hotel that is locked at night and the first time we went it was a bit confusing. Not a lot of people speak English in this town.

Quiet room. Breakfast ok. Close to Nipat Eye Clinic for short stay following YAG laser surgery. Will use this hotel for my follow up appointments.

Shower takes 15 minutes to warm up from cold.

Walking distance to train station and night market.

Little dated… but serves as a great transition from train to Ferry.

large rambling hotel that is probably more suited to the domestic conference market but comfortable enough and well located. the pool is good and refreshing.

the AC didn’t get out of first gear and was disappointing. spent a warm night that could have been a lot more comfortable

Comfortable stay close to the train station. Big room, clean, big bathroom. Breakfast was good. Great for an overnight stay.

The location is quiet and close to the center. The management and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

There was sometimes no hot water. But no problem.

Check in/out is open 24h a day, great for tourists travelling by night bus. Nice staff.

Floor and Door had a slight water damage.
