Friendly staff, room is neat and clean, bed is comfy, security is good (you have to have a room key to tap on the glass door before you reach the lift), reception is on 24 hours basic, you could check in and check out in odd hours. There is a wet market nearby, selling fruits and other necessities... The room price is reasonable.

The location is about 3 km away from Hatyai downtown, you have to download Thailand Maxim app to call for drivers if you want to go out, the cost to downtown is about 60 THB one way, anyway, it is not a big deal because the app is easy to use.

As no food served I was hoping the coffee house next door would have a better selection of food. I meant to book downtown property but this was ok.

Very clean, very bright and comfy room! We stayed for one night, but no regrets - easy to find, easy to check in, friendly and helpful stuff. At the lobby you could get coffee for free at the breakfast time. Location is not central, but you can find some good spots to eat, or even very good shopping center and the two night markets so close!

I liked everything. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean, the furniture is new, the staff is very friendly. I belive that it has 2 stars only because they do not have breakfast and the room size is small, but for sure deserves more stars.
