The room is very spacious and clean. The toilet is not grand but comfortable, and the water heater shower works well. Air conditioning also works well and is so cold. The location is quite good even not close to the Lee Garden area, just walking distance to the 7E and laundry self-service, and a lot of parking spaces.

the balcony should have some furniture like chairs and a coffee table for hanging out and relaxing since there are sinks at the balcony. Very good if use this area as a lounge and relaxing area but there is an air-con compressor so a bit hot on the balcony. Not much choice of channel on TV, but who cares? We go out for food hunting rather than stay in the room. Not so close to the Lee Garden area, but the place is so comfy and quiet for sleep.

With the room space provided, it is a good value for money, all the room we booked are with balconies and very convenient as they do have large space for parking. For the one travelling with car, it is a good hotel. To move around with tuk tuk, we just used grab application. Most of the tourists location and food spot are nearby. Plus they do provide iron and iron board on the first floor which is a plus for those needed it.

Toilet water pressure are quite slow for us in the fifth floor. One of the room got clog toilet issue but the staff are fixed it. Other than that, there’s no issue.

The location was really nice. Away from all the crowded tourist places, but not so far either. It was peaceful at night. It was also a short distance from local restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms were really spacious and clean! The beds were large and pretty comfortable. The staff were kind enough to arrange rooms so that my family would be close to each other. Lots of space for luggage and storage. Above all, the price and value were worth every cent!

I would've appreciated it if the room came with recommendations on where to eat or shop nearby. There was also a cockroach in my bathroom, but I know in humid countries, it can't really be helped so I was okay with it.. but it was a little uncomfortable.

I booked 2rooms for me husband and my daughters. Thank god we get next to each other.Room clean toilet also in good hygiene.

For muslimah its a bit difficult for us because there is no iron in the rooms. There is a new building construction beside the hotel so in the daytime environment a bit noisy and the floor also dusty.

I liked how beautiful the sunlight was when it streamed into the room aroudn 4pm-5pmish. The whole room lit up and it's a pretty huge room that's eloquently decorated with a large balcony. it's by the road so there's a lot of traffic sounds, but it adds to the charm of the experience. I felt super safe in the property, it was very well Feng Shui-ed and I felt v at home n at peace.

Overall it was ok, staff were nice house keeping was good, needed a taxi a few times and staff handled that after a slight problem with not knowing enough english but front desk was good, overall it was good the experience at this hotel.

Maybe the staff could have some english lessons ? but that should be for all people in hospitality I think, in Thailand.

the underground parking lot is too steep and dark. TV that does not broadcast. need to iron clothes on the first floor. no hair dryer

It was a nice place to stay in the city itself. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really soundly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It is a little bit older and dated. Also, the rugs in the elevator need to be replaced.

the room was above about expectation 👍🏻👍🏻 spacious, clean, and there is a 7E nearby, also near to lee garden and pubs..!! easy to book grab and tuktuk via grab apps
