The design of the hotel and room were good, lobby staff were doing great job .

The staff did not do the housekeeping well and details, never clean the bath tub in detail as well as my room rubbish were still there on the table and dustbin, never re-fill tissur paper in the room and bathroom too. I hope the hotel can improve the housekeeping service.

When they make up our room, they didn’t give us towel after cleaning up. I think the housekeeper forgot to give us.

Very stylish hotel from the outside to the inside of the room. we booked 2 rooms, jr suite & standard room. jr suite was very spacious meanwhile, standard room just enough to fit 2pax. location, not too far from the city. good if you have own transportation when its too hot to walk . The hotel receptionist even allow me to borrow their int plug adamptor.

i hate that the 7e just at the corner of the hotel shut down, could be dur to covid pandemic. :(

Hotel very clean , room spacious with comfortable bed.. location very good easy to excess with shop just down the road. Easy to look for halal food. Highly recommended.
