I'm very satisfy with my room..😘 The room was so spacious and the bed is very big and comfortable for me, husband and my baby.. The room and bathroom also very clean and all the facilities given are function.. The air conditioning is very cold even I adjust it to 30 degree.. Very2 good.. Near to the town and the staff are friendly.. The plug in the room was not like Malaysian plug, but u can borrow from receptionist the plug adapter to charge your phone and so on.. Parking also available for us at below the hotel.. Overall very2 good and very recommended.. Tqvm wisdom residence..😊

- Spacious Room - Lift! There's a lift! - AC, very powerful AC! - Private Parking Space! - Low Traffic area. Great for people who drives their own vehicle here. - Located near to two of my favorite Cafe. Avenue and Leaf, do check it out!

BAD WIFI - Very bad Wifi performance. It uses multiple relay router instead of stand alone modem for each floor. Got an average 3-5mbps. Barely able to use as the ping is so damn high. - Laptop weirdly couldn't detect Wifi. Phone is able to but unusable due to high ping issues and low speed. - Recommend using your mobile device if you need a connection for your laptop

1. Room door lock - need to have autolock. Current lock is "manual" and always stuck! 2. Need to hv extra pillow.. at least for king bed need to have 4 pillows

Breakfast should be included in room service. There should be a restaurant at least.

Getting food has been difficult for us, especially for vegetarians.

Very spacious.... Great attitude....staff is friendly.... Nice boss...he willing to help us....coz we are having a car problem...(battery) Very clean,parking is easy For sure we will come back....

Shower

It has private parking in the property. Really clean and has a balcony. Really clean as well. It has a paid washing machine. A bit further from the center. So it's quieter.

Good location, comfortable and big rooms. Friendly staff and very secure at night. There is a security guard outside every night. Plenty of parking.

The wifi was really bad. It gets disconnected every few minutes and you need to login again with username and password provided by the receptionist on a piece of paper.

Clean room n staff are very friendly n helpful. English speaking too.

If there is a phone in the room which we can communicate with reception when needed would be good as we need to go down to reception when we need toiletries etc.
