Fast check-in, friendly, honest and helpful staff, good size room, tea/coffee making facilities at Reception area is especially useful if you are waiting to check-in or want to wait and relax in the Reception after check-out. Very honest staff. I had forgotten one of my mobile phones at Reception but, After a few minutes, this was brought up to me in my room. As I don't drink coffee, the coffee and creamer were no good for me but I had bought my own tea bags and the Receptionist kindly offered me a proper mug cup to make my tea and this was really appreciated by me. I needed to get to my next hotel near the train station and the Receptionist kindly offered to call a Grab taxi for me.

Location means you would have to get cab or have a longish 45 minute walk to the Central area. Coffee does not agree with me so I am a tea drinker. It would nice if they could cater for tea drinkers as well and provide a supply of tea bags for guests in the Reception area.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my family, especially since I have a young son. It was comfortable and well-suited for our needs. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of town, which made it easy to access shops and restaurants. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet at night, so we had a peaceful sleep. Another big plus: it was very easy to find halal food nearby, which was very convenient for us. I also appreciated the practical amenities. There was a place to wash clothes and hang them to dry, as well as access to a laundry area. The room also came with a water heater and a hair dryer, which added to the comfort. Overall, a great choice for families looking for convenience, comfort, and a good location!

Location near to all tourist attractions but not busy.. Affordable price.. Nice room.. Clean.. Smell nice.. Have huge balcony with sink. During 3 nights of our stay, we eat at balcony after bought food from night bazar. So easy to clean and not messing the room with food. The staff at reception counter also very friendly and helpful.. Lastly, the most important have parking space because that is our priority.. Tq so much 👍

The elevator didn't function upon my checkout. I need to used stairs with all my bags and carried my baby. But not too big problem because my room just at level 3..

The room for 3 was very spacious. It has balcony we can hang basic laundries. Mineral water, toiletries is available. Iron available upon request. Big fridge in the room. small dining table. Free parking. Quiet area (unless you room is near the main street because it has a bar at night) Have guard at the parking. Price is very. VERY reasonable

Not much to complaint but some upgrade would be greatly appreciated. Old looking. rooms, lobby, hall way are not well lit. only 3 hangers was given 1 pillow per person. 2 would be better. Hope the hotel will do some upgrades or refurbish.

The staff are friendly

Location is close to the main road, easy travels to Central Hatyai, Lotus Hatyai. I got a room on the 5th floor. The room was clean and spacious room, had a good amount of natural light. Aircon, TV, Wifi, and hot shower worked well too. Staff members are also very helpful :)

I completely forgot that if the keycard is taken out of the socket, all things shut down including the fridge. My water wasn't cold when I came back to the room Lol, my bad though.

clean and comfortable room, has elevator, wifi and free covered parking, 3-5 minutes drive to Asean bazaar night market, green way & Plaza Central Hatyai in 1 same route, Quiet area, & has a large balcony. worth the price and will repeat again. Iron is provided in the lobby. Paling penting tidak berhantu😬

For a family of six, we had two rooms. In my opinion, the room is spacious and comfortable. The room has a huge balcony too! And they have iron service for free, but for a maximum of 2 hours. We are supposed to check in at 2 p.m. But since we came early, we managed to check in at 12 p.m. Other than that, at first, our rooms are not next to each other, but you can request them and just need to pay extra. You need to have transportation to go to the main city from the hotel, but to have a wonderful sleep, I think it is okay. Don’t worry if you are hungry; there is seven eleven nearby. You can just walk there for a few minutes.

Everything is great. This accommodation is close to many attractions. It makes it easier for me to go easily. The quiet night atmosphere from the vehicle allows us to sleep peacefully because the location is not on the main road but close to the main road. It also provides ample parking

1. Location near the centre Hat Yai. 2. The room is big so easy for us to move around comfortability. 3. The room I stayed had mini refrigerator, tv, kettle, and toiletries. 4. The room is worth the price.

The air conditioner was quite noisy, possibly because it's old, but I still managed to get a good night's sleep.
