Booked to stay for 8 nights and added 3 extra days on. The rooms was kept lovely and clean throughout the 11 days. We really enjoyed our stay, The staff were so helpfull and friendly. Although the pool is small , we did find a place call Sundance day club close by, approx 15 min walk- with use of pool facilities / food and drink. was perfect

The pool area was only small with just 4 sunloungers.

Rooms were spacious and clean. As advertised, the room has a bath tub. Facilities stated like swimming pool and fitness room are available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When they realised I forgot to turn off my car cabin light, they are thoughtful enough to call me in my room to inform me. Breakfast was a spread and you could even make your own pancake or waffles.

The fitness room could do with updated equipment. Some of the cables cannot even move properly.

Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. A very nice (if a little small) outside swimming pool. Room cleaned everyday. Regular free shuttle bus into town.

Having to pay for bottled water!!! Everywhere else I've stayed its been free - I only found out at checkout. The shuttle bus last run to the hotel from town is a bit early at 10.30 pm

A few kilometres from the centre of town so it was nice and quiet. They ran a shuttle bus to and from the centre of town every hour, so no problem getting to the main beach or night markets.

Nothing I didn't like. You were next to a main road like a lot of the hotels but you couldn't hear the traffic in your room.

Very comfortable. Shower excellent, cleaned by staff everyday and 2 bottles of spring water left free of charge.

Hotel food at breakfast below correct temperature, so didn't have that. Sandwiches kept with warm foods a bit strange, again wasn't keen on selecting these.

Room was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast had good variety of both Thai and International dishes.

Stayed in room 308. Water from shower leaked into the floor and made all wet. There must have been a crack at the floor partition. Please get it fixed.

The behavior of the staff was very cordial. The hotel is a little bit away from the night life however, they provided free shuttle service which was a great help. The breakfast menu was also decent.

The breakfast buffet is awesome. Although it may not have many varieties, it's tasty, especially the bread and pasta.

The swimming pool is small and unsafe. The swimming pool floor is not safe and not adult friendly with disability.

Location though off a main road was not noisy and very convenient. Short ride to the beach and town. Facilities were extremely good and staff polite and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Nothing to dislike.

1. Not much options to eat for Vegetarians inspite of telling at the reception while doing the check in. The staff paid no heed to the customer request. 2. Almost repeat breakfast, not much change in BF menu

The talks and behaviour of Hotel Manager who fought and spoke high tone and in very impolite manner for a nominal amount to be chargeable for wrong instructions given by the hotel staff during the check-in. Hotel needs to looks into behaviour aspect of Hotel Manger who is spoiling the whole hotel reputation inspite of good property and facilities available at the hotel. She need to learn how to talk and work in the hospitality industry including the way to talk to the customers.
