All staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing too much trouble. Best bed I've ever slept in and spacious room.

Seems picky but the only thing I could say is the bar drinks were a bit light on their measures but that is all.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. We loved the rooftop pool and surrounding areas where the kids could play, and we could sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Everything was beautifully lit up in the evening. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they helped us with everything, arranged everything, our kids loved them and they loved the kids. They did everything they could to make them happy. The hotel's location isn't great, but they do everything they can to make it better. They provide a free transfer to the city or the beach and back. The breakfasts were great, and the other hotel food was also very good. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The room was large and had a walk in wardrobe, walk in shower and a bath on the balcony. The bed was huge, soft, with high quality bedding and was the most comfortable bed I have encountered in 20 years of travel around Thailand. The internet was exceptional and the pool on the roof was a sun trap with a panoramic seaview. No shade umbrellas which may be an issue for some however the bar is in the shade with a happy hour. The gym was small with some weights and a cross trainer to do some basics. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle bus available to the centre of town but I did not need to use this. The location is on the main road near to the airport and a 10 minute taxi journey to central Hua Hin (90 baht). I would definitely stay here again.

The gym was very basic and the treadmill requires maintenance. The location is a car journey from the attractions and the bars but there is a shuttle bus and taxis are cheap.

The hotel is a few minutes drive from the main hub of Hua Hin, because of that the hotels feels more quiet. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service to the local markets, shopping malls and beach, you just have to let the front desk know. They have good facilities at the hotel like their rooftop bar and salt water swimming pool, a gym, sauna and a restaurant. They also offer a laundry service, 1.5kg of clothes for 150 baht. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, we felt extremely welcomed and looked after. The rooms were very clean and the beds were huge and very comfortable. We miss the beds. We fell in love with this hotel and the wonderful staff, we will be back here in the future when we visit Hua Hin.

The only minor downsides to our stay was the fact that the closest convenient store was 10 minutes from the hotel and that we didn't have a smart TV for streaming services. The hotel is a little far away so you have to either rent a car or a motorbike. If you don't want to drive, then order a Grab or use their shuttle service, which you have to let the front desk know in advance.

Staff is super friendly. Nice and big room! We traveled with a toddler and we had plenty of space to put a baby cot. Bathroom facilities are all separate (toilet is separate, shower is separate and the sink is in the middle of the room). This makes that they can all be used at the same time without 'sharing' a bathroom, which is actually very nice and it saves time. Breakfast is very good: a lot of choices (both thai and western) and it is served until 10.30am. Rooftop pool and bar is super nice and open until 10pm. Shuttle to the center is convenient.

That we didn't stay longer. :) Distance to Hua Hin is a bit far. They have a shuttle service that goes every 2 hours, but make sure to make a reservation. It is next to the busy road. Roosters in the neighborhood start to scream very early.

Spacious suite - very clean and very comfy. Slept really well. Beautiful pool on top floor. They have converted a box room into a mini cinema where you can watch netflix movies on a big TV screen with surround sound, They have cinema seats in there. Brilliant idea!

Free shuttle bus actually goes every 2 hours AND you have to book it. We found this really frustrating as we had no idea how long we would need to explore. Hotel is a 15-20 minute drive into town. Also, there was no soap. The staff said that they didn't issue it but were happy to give me extra shower gel instead but really - why no soap at the bathroom sinks?

We booked this hotel for a couple of nights; we booked the room with the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, the room was fabulous, clean and very spacious, housekeeping was very good. The balcony was very large, there was a TV in the room but not a smart TV so just Thai Channels. We loved the layout of the room and the facilities, the rooftop pool was really nice, it was a good chilling spot in the afternoon with plenty of loungers. They provide a bus to get to central where you can enjoy the night markets, the bus took about 15 minuets.

A little out of the way from where it's all happening but not a problem if you are willing to use the hotel bus.

Room size, comfortable beds, clean, great staff, good breakfast, good shower, rooftop bar and pool. Quite a socialable hotel, I guess, because we got the shuttle. Stayed 8 nights would consider returning.

Location a bit far out with nothing nearby. The hotel provides a shuttle bus every two hours and Bolt taxi on the way back was around 80 -120 THB. Slightly noisy from road and early morning animals. Also a bit of maintenance in the room ie chipped sink, water damage in ceiling would be beneficial.

Everything was exceptional. The food was excellent and not unreasonably priced. Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand and the staff were so attentive and lovely. The only negative at all is that the location is a bit far from the beach and downtown, but even that was not bad as they offer a free shuttle to both until 10 pm. Very comfortable stay, we highly recommend!

Our family of 10, loved the 6-night stay. We spent New Years, the hotel organized small yet beautiful event at the rooftop pool. The room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is perfect. We had 6 different meals while we stayed for 6 days. The shuttle to the city is comfortable. The staff are friendly.

The only thing is location. A bit far from everything.
