Some places just feel like home. While this place has some age to it, it was still clean. I stayed in the family room with two comfy beds and a table and sofa. The wifi router was in the room so really good speeds. There is a cafe on site so that is a huge plus if you just want to hang around for the day.

Nothing. There may be minor imperfections but nothing that actually bothered me. I suppose people might say it’s in area where there isn’t much to do but there is a pickleball/badminton/gym very close by.

We arrived at the hotel very late after the owner had already turned in for the night. Our taxi driver called her, and she was very nice about everything. She also has a coffee shop next door and the staff there was very friendly, and the coffee was very good.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, which meant we needed to pay a taxi about 300 baht each way to Hua Hin. For us it was not ideal but some others might like it because it is quiet.

Incredible birthday weekend in this villa. Very well kept, with lots of facilities: fully equipped kitchen, TVs, pool table, towels, shampoo and shower gel, etc. The staff were in the accompanying cafe next door, meaning that w could've talked to them immediately about any issues (we didn't have any, though). Cafe next door is very convenient, with lovely coffee and lunch food. The pool is clean, and you are provided with a net to collect fallen leaves. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here and would highly recommend it!

It is not within a walkable distance to the centre of town

Location was peaceful. Both the hosts - Panisa and Zomo were very polite, warm and friendly. Pool was small but good for relaxing. Restaurant is open till 6.30 pm. Room was super clean and spacious.

the people were very friendly and there was a great little cafe next to it. I was training at a Muay Thai gym close by and it was excellent location. not too busy. not too touristic.

The villa was amazing it had a beautiful pool and very comfortable beds. The location of the villa was ideal as it had a cafe next door where you could order food and drinks
