It is a very lovely place next to the river Kwai with a nice view. I opted for Deluxe King Room which was a great choice. The room was air conditioned and equipped even with an air purifier and humidifier and a fridge. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Probably the only disadvantage is that the property does not accept credit/debit cards and everything must be paid cash. The closest cash machine is around 5km away.

The view is amazing! The room is comfortable and has a beautiful balcony you can sit there during the day/night with a bath. They have great food that they can bring to your room. Comfortable bed which is important! The staff are very nice and friendly and very helpful with everything! They also have kayaks that you can take into river which is nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hard to get around without motorbike/car because it’s in a distant place, There is a taxi service from the resort so it’s helping. You can also rent a motorbike at the resort but too expensive for my taste. Everything was perfect. Cannot complain 😇

The view was very beautiful , the room was clean and comfortable staffs were very friendly and polite.

I Don’t want to say I don’t like it but way to improve. I think the bar and the terrace is lack of encouragement to sit down. Someday the bar is close someday the bar is open, not sure if it’s open for residents / open everyday or just when residents want some drink then they will open for because when the bar doesn’t open daily it can make residents misunderstanding and they go out to spend money somewhere else. It’s shame as the terrace is very breezy and facing a beautiful view.

Excellent location on the river and within a few minutes drive of the waterfalls. We had a villa, on land, not floating. It was new, very clean and well equipped, even the a/c was quiet and efficient. Good breakfast buffet with tables overlooking the river. Swimming pool right in front of villa, cool and refreshing. Very helpful and friendly staff, good English spoken.

Some road noise, but this applies to all the hotels along the river in this area as they are between the river and the road.

Lovely location on the river. Good rooms , with clean white linen, good bed and pillows. Added bonus that paddle boards and kayaks are free to use. Staff are friendly, with limited English but this is not a problem.

Sign at front of property is not translated into English so was hard to work out where to pull in off the road. The breakfast was really basic for the price of room, so this needs improving. We were also disappointed that at 6pm the restaurant closed so we had to find somewhere off site to eat.

We spent 3 nights here. Absolutely loved the location. The veiw was amazing. The staff were all lovely and friendly and so helpful. Our accommodation was very nice. Clean, nice comfy bed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Kayaking down the river is free. We used the Kayaks provided. The river kwai bridge is close by as is the national park. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost everything was absolute perfection! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The setting was pure heaven. The coffee was so good at breakfast. Very close to Erawan Falls. This was my second visit at Lake hill Resort and it definitely won't be my last. I already can't wait to come back.

We had no hot water for the shower but to be fair, we didn't mention it to the staff. They don't accept credit card at check out.

It's a floating house above the river. Very calming and one with nature. Beautiful sunset. Canoeing is free and right by your room. Doors must be closed at all times to prevent insects from coming in esp in the evening. Breakfast was nicely presented and customisable

Although there are 2 large beds in the room which to me makes sense to be able to accommodate 4 people, they charged me 700B per person above 2 pax.

The accomodation is very well situated, amazing view in front of our bungalow. The breakfast was really good too. Staff was nice and friendly they offered us cream against mosquitos in the evening when we were sitting outside. You can rent kayak or paddleboard and use it on the river which is awesome. We were on the river totally alone, beautiful experience.

You can here every little noise outside. The first morning there were construction workers making noise from the early morning. The next night the rooster was crowing from 3am 😅
