View from the balcony was terrific! Can see the shooting star at night and fog on the surface of river around 7 in the morning.

The room was not soundproof enough.

The staff were very accommodating (helping us eat our takeaway meal in the restaurant), clean and tidy room, good size.

Funny that I dont watch tv at home, but better tv reception would make the room 10 out of 10.

The resort was really scenic, there was a nice restaurant and cafe in the compound and a really close rafting tour that comes. Great fun, loved it

The view from the room was breathtaking.

It was set in really nice scenery with great views and had a warm swimming pool for the kids to enjoy. They also had a great coffee shop where they produced their own coffee locally onsite.

They closed the restaurant early every evening at variable times and only notified me once about the closing time. My room was full of mosquitoes and bugs. Toilet paper wasn’t replaced daily, had to ask for more.

Room was clean.

Swimming Pool was very dirty. Restsurant very poor quality. The whole place is run down due to lack of reinvestment in maintenance and refurbishment. Staff dont seem to care. Very miserable hotel.

Super helpful staff, good breakfast and the staffs really care to visitors during rafting activity.

Need renovation and shower is really (really) less and some insects are in the bedroom.

The place is amazing beautiful. The location it's excellent to go to the erawam waterfall.

Not clean, breakfast cold and not tasting at all. Should have, since they are on booking, some people that at least speak a little bit of English.
