Really nice quiet , clean hotel about 15 mins walk to centre of the town. The rooms were quite spacious , bathroom had hot shower most of the time , comfortable bed , kettle in room with 2 bottles of water daily & a mini fridge of coke , beer & water , maids cleaning daily if you want it . very clean about 10-15 mins taxi from the airport . Very happy I chose this place to stay .

Nothing really all was good

Very comfortable bed (not always the case in Thailand). Water hot, wifi good, aircon good, fridge, desk, enough plugs. Hotel is located downtown, but in a quiet, non-touristy area. For digital nomads, there's a really excellent coffee shop (not a chain) with a garden in a small mall just round the corner. Facilities clean, but generic (with the exception of giant action figures in the lobby, which kids might like). 24/7 front desk is efficient.

When the hotel facilities are refreshed, I would like reading lights and more plugs by the bed, for my devices.

Nice big room, not fancy but comfortable for a family of four. We LOVED the complimentary bicycles - temples, malls, convenience stores, restaurants, even the famous Tawan Daeng "country music" nightclub are all easily accessible by bike. We had a lovely ride to the lake and back as well.

It's true that the immediate environs of the hotel tends towards the "industrial" with some workshops and the like, but I did not feel in any way uncomfortable. In any case, Khon Kaen is fairly compact, so hop on the bike and you'll be where you want pretty quick.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are good. Bathroom is nice! Wifi is good / strong.

Front rooms can be a bit noisy because of the traffic. No breakfast.

No frills very good hotel not far from local food. Parking very good and secure. Coffee provided asked for extra with no charge. Mini bar resonable price.

Natural ventilation in bathroom for shower steam. Needs an extractor fan in my opinion. Sliding door to balcony not closing properly possibly the reason i heard raised voices from cook your own restaurant. My room was in the back of hotel 3rd floor.

We stayed here for one night after some long trip from Bangkok. As we had not so far away from this place a marriage ceremony of one of our friends. The hotel is in a busier part so don’t expect a swimming pool etc but we knew that. Reception was very friendly and quick. The friendly parking guide, guided us through the sparse but free parking lot. The room itself is big enough, clean and had good beds. Not too hard and good pillows. Also some free beverages and snacks were presented. The bathroom was big enough for two with a separate shower.

No real complaints. This is an hotel to stay over inbetween trips so it was good enough for us.

The male manager was so kind and helpful to me. I am so grateful he helped me way more than he had to

Very nice staff, room is spacious and very considerate with the dining table and chairs. Everything is so clean and tidy.

I hope they can give two key cards per room, its hard when going out and came back when my family is all sleeping in the room. Bed is really soft, too soft for me

Everything was comfortable. Me and my friends enjoyed the free use of bicycle since the 7/11 is a little distance. room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staffs are kind and smiling. I love it

Well there was no breakfast but other then that the comfort and stay also the friendliness of staff was very satisfying, thank you and keep up the good work.
