I don't understand the poor reviews, this hotel is fine. Exceptional value for money, too. Rooms are large and quiet. Good hot water. Typical Thailand firm beds. Footbridge to the front gate of the hospital is only 50m away. Decent hot breakfast. With toast. Push-button coffee machine offers several varieties. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Never had to wait longer than 20 seconds for an elevator.

TV in the room had poor sound quality. Breakfast staff never smile.

. Stayed a night prior to hospital admissions Very convenient location to the hospital, clean, quiet comfortable but basic. I would guess most all of the patrons were there for the hospital. Reasonable parking adjacent the Hotel

The breakfast was included with a very good priced room. So it's not a moan but l couldnt in all honesty say it was quality. Adequate quantity though.

Excellent location, great breakfast. Friendly staff. Upgraded for not much money to a suite and was very pleased.the bed definitely thai style but comfortable. Stayed overnight for a hospital appointment and it over delivered

Location is so convenient because it is just opposite Khon Khen University.

I hope that my next trip, a lady at the front desk will be smile a little more when answering questions to confirm that she is willing to answer the questions.

As already said we have stayed here several times and can confirm the hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are always polite and helpful. It is in a quiet location and parking (although limited) has rarely been a significant problem. WiFi was very good this visit - and free in all areas.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The only facility that is a little under par is breakfast. It is very repetitive. Also the fried egg and sausages and ham are always cold. The margarine/butter is not chilled and separates in the carton.
