Lovely boys on reception, massive room walking straight on to the pool, sea view sandwiched between a couple of the busiest beach bars but not too noisy. I booked an extra 4 days Great pool with view of beach as is beachfront

the place could do with a bit of sprucing up and rooms although spacious, badly lit and a bit antiquated. This said, it didn't stop me from staying longer. Breakfast very poor selection. This could be an amazing hotel.

Close to a sandy beach that is perfect for swimming, sunsets and near to restaurants etc. Rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. Freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast.

Breakfast was fine but if you get there later (after 9.30) then options are limited as they stop bringing stuff out. It would be good for the hotel to manage the seating around the pool area as guests put hotel towels out on the chairs but then they are left empty all day. This meant that we couldn’t sit near the pool as all of the chairs were ‘taken’ . Perhaps the staff could do a sweep every hour or so and clear chairs where there is no one sitting on them.

TV didn’t really work. But we wasn’t bother by that. Pillows need updating- ours was like foam pieces rather than a whole pillow. We got to breakfast at 9:30 one day and nothing was added to the buffet and most of it was gone- thought that was pretty poor as there was many guests still there eating.

I enjoyed the pool with sunbeds and possibilities for shade, pluss the shower to get rid of sand from the beach - right next to pool arena. Massages just a few steps away. And the restaurant next door ( Sun and Soul?), good food, good drinks including «mocktails», and a balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and the fantastic sunset

Internett - some days unreliable

The location was amazing and staff so helpful. The standard rooms are in a separate building over the other side of the road, which put us off at first but it was such an ideal location as you did not have people walking directly in front of your room.

The hotel is great, comfy beds, good air con, perfect location, amazing staff. Will definitely be back. Room with a view, excellent hotel for the money, love the sea view from the balcony. Daily water and toilet roll given.

I love it there! I've been twice and I'm sure I'll come again and again. I'm not looking for luxury, I'm looking for Thailand and I found it on Koh Chang. Somewhere in Phuket, I felt a bit like I was in Europe. Plus, very calm sea with no surf, love Koh Chang.

I liked everything. Good location on the beach. Restaurants and everything close if you want breakfast it just over the street and it was nice . You have fresh omelett they make for you. Warm dishes og different opinions for you choose. Some juice and good coffee.

- Noisy (although not a huge issue for us), a lot of sound comes through from neighbours, cars and nearby bars - Cleanliness could have been better, shower drain was clogged

Great location on White Sands beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It is beginning to get a bit tired and dated, the bathrooms need a major update as does the breakfast, which seems to cater for just local tourists. This was my sixth stay in 8 years and I have noticed that decline.
