Stayed in private vila for 2 weeks, and absolutely loved it. Vila is located in guarded community, so very calm and quiet place. Very spacious house, with everything what was needed. Very nice backyard and pool area. Vila is little further from main town activities, but you can take local ride. Liked that there’s no noise and can hear birds all day long. And the owner was always willing to help or answer any questions. Would definetely recommend for families with kids and would come back by ourselves.

There can be done some maintenance within the house, but that’s just minor things.

Best hotel on my trip. Small hotel, quite, only 8 bungalows. Comfortable bed and big rooms. Very clean and the manager is super friendly. Directly in front of your bungalow you have the pool to jump in. A little bit outside but the hotel rents very cheap motorbikes. Would come back every time. A dream.

The private 5 bed house was unreal. Great beds So much room Never used the kitchen so can’t comment. Shaded patio area was big and comfy for cards and drinks and snacks. All the sun you can handle at the private pool. Super good. Hot showers and solid AC in the rooms Real hard to complain.

Location is a bit far from the action. And not a lot of food options super close. But… they were always happy to give us a ride to the strip for an extremely reasonable price. So they do what they can to help out.

I liked our appartement which was directly in front of the pool. We had number 8, a two room appartement, which was big and high built. For us it was not a problem to live a bit far from the beach because we liked to visit also elefant sanctuaries which are close by, a goat farm and locals restaurants, also the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked delicious australian steak. The owner of the place and especially May were very nice and caring. May made a delicious breakfast with fresh coffee and we eat a lot in the morning and ordered a lot, it was ok for them ☺️. Every day we were bathing in the pool and enjoyed to also swim in it because it is a really huge pool. My son liked the animals everywhere around, especially the parrots and fish ☺️.

We liked all, just as always the aircons for me are intense in Thailand and i miss to have also the fan option.

The rooms are big and well maintained! Location was also great as you are close to the ao nang beach but without the noise. I really recommended this place and would come again.

The kettle was dirty and the trash bins were stained and dirty. They did clean the kettle as soon as I told them but regarding the bins I think they need to be replaced completely. Everything else was super clean.

Was a super easy check in, the property is gorgeous and was the perfect stay. All staff were so helpful. Can hire peds from the seava. Easily jump in a taxi if needed. The pool area is so great for chill times. Loved that it was out of the chaos but super close and easy to get down to the main centre. We had peds the whole time we were here which made getting around so easy. Would love to stay here again

The villa of art is truly a piece of art created by the owner Mr. Pam himself. Worth every penny

The en suite room service was quick, tasty, and useful. And they helped arrange transfers as needed. Great pool !

They double charged us for all the taxis we arranged with the property. They would arrange it, we paid the driver in cash… and upon checkout, we had to pay all over again, with the driver just taking the cash as a “tip” - it’s also not terribly close to much, so you have to really leave the property to enjoy.

We liked everything! Its just outside ao nang, but because of this you are staying in a quiet place. It is a 35 min walk to the beach, but in 15 minutes there are several good restaurants and supermarkets. Also there is the possibility to go by the shuttle of the accommodation to the beach (5 min by car).

Bam and his wife were amazing hosts. We had such a lovely time at this beautiful property. It’s like a little piece of paradise. The pool is amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was huge. The owners took care of everything right from rental for a scooter to booking our island tours. They also went the extra mile to suggest bars and restaurants to go to.

It’s a teensy bit far from the main ao nang area but we didn’t mind.
