The facility looks great, the villa was large with allot of space for family of 5. The private garden and pool were great and gave us total privacy to rest after long days of attractions. Room was cleaned every day with new set of towels and fresh drinking water. Breakfast is good but keep in mind that you have to pick a pre-ordered set for breakfast and give in advance the breakfast time (a day before). Staff are really nice and replied quickly to every request we had (by WhatsUp massage or call). There is a free shuttle service to au nung beach or night market on certain hours which we used every day. We also ordered a driver for a day trip from reception, the driver was accurate, polite and had really good English. The area is remote from the main tourist area but have a supermarket and few local resteraunt near by. Overall experience was very good.

- if you want to be in the center of Ao nung beach than this is not the place for you since you can't walk over there and it's a 10 minutes drive by took took. Hotel's shuttle was really convinient for us.

VERY clean and they will always help you with all of your questions and when you need transportation. They make your stay so comfortable for you, they clean your room and even bring breakfast to your room at the hour you want. All the employees were so friendly!! especially the girls Zee and Tuakeaw <3 If we would ever come back to Krabi, we will stay here again :).

private pool and the room were superb! also the floating breakfast was one of my dream come true! (but it was in the morning so it was quite cold to eat inside the pool of course..)

the cafe/restaurant’s service was slow..especially the morning juice that you could choose the day before. we had to wait for so long that finally we gave up and couldn’t enjoy it. also i saw we can have some kind of special local coffee at the cafe(which was shown on their website) but when i asked that to the waitress she didn’t understand and finally i just had normal cappucino

The staff was amazing. I literally never saw hosts that care about their guests this much. Our room is a 1 minute walk to the lobby and whenever they see us leaving our room they come with the golf cart and take us to the lobby which is really nice of them. We were almost robber by a Grab driver and we made it to our hotel safely and told them the story, and they literally calmed us up and said that they will close the main gate of the resort to make us more comfortable. This will not be my last visit to this great resort. Taynk you De malee for everything.

Nothing, except a bad smell in the bathroom, specifically in room # Rose 11. I told them about it and I am sure they will deal with it

Right from check-in to check-out process, everything from the staff to breakfast (ala-carte), facilities, cleanliness and shuttle services were great. Amazed with the welcome treat and interior of the villas.

Prior to arriving to Krabi, it was impossible to get in touch with the owner or hotel staff. Despite multiples texts via booking.com, I still failed to get any reply and had no choice but to ring customer service of booking.com with a complain. Secondly, the location is not suitable if you are planning to roam in town every now and then but thanks to their shuttle service which made our lives easier. Was glad they did not charge us additionally for odd hour usage of the shuttle :)

The staff was AMAZING. So helpful and kind. The resort is clean, peacefull and quite. The villa I stayed in was beautiful and well equipped.

You need a ride to get to downtown Ao Nang beach, since it's not within a walking distance. Nevertheless, the staff was always accommodating to provide free transportation to downtown Ao Nang and even picking us up when we wanted to go back to the hotel. Other than that, we felt like the breakfast could have been better, not because it doesn't taste good, but because you have to pre order in advance one of three types of breakfasts, while I much prefer buffet serving at the dining room.

The staff are warm and friendly and they took great care throughout our sleep here! Stayed at the gorgeous grand pool villa and it was fantastic. An extremely short 3-5min ride away from the bars and night market. Everything was great, less the awkwardly low-hanging light at the wash basin.

Would be even better if there is some incense to keep the mosquitoes away. The plug for tub does not seem to work

The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, that typical Thai hospitality that is beautiful, super considerate, and helpful, all round fantastic staff. The villa itself was beautiful and the pool area was beautiful… so peaceful and calming. We had the breakfast brought to the room every morning was also beautifully displayed. There is a daily complimentary shuttle also, the drivers were happy to take us and drop off within the area, super easy to communicate also over what’s app. If you want a classy, relaxing and calming stay away from the trashy music, and crowded streets of drunk people this is definitely for you! Could not recommend it enough.

I will admit it was quite loud at night; I think the back road had alot of traffic at night so definitely being ear plugs if your a light sleeper like us.

The staff were very friendly and it was nice that they cared about my birthday. They treated me very well so that I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay.

The hotel shower drain smelled, but no action was taken. It took a long time to clean up the leftover beer bottles and plastic bottles.

We took the private pool villa, it was spacious and very clean. The pool at night was making good vibes. They have everything you need to make you feel like home. Smart TV, speaker for music, bath tub & shower, swimming pool.

They didn’t have facial towels in the room. They forgot to fill the shower gel jar and hand soap.
