I recommend the hotel and would come back on another trip. It was a very pleasant experience with an excellent private pool and breathtaking views. Contrary to what was commented, we managed to book a taxi on our own at a much lower price (around 100 baht on average). The surrounding area is peaceful, and the tranquility provided so close to the center of Ao Nang was spectacular. The staff, especially Jo Jo, was very friendly and helpful, guiding us well. The breakfast was pleasant and varied. Cleaning was done daily. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. Although not heated, with the heat felt in Thailand, the water remained warm. It was possible to watch the sunset from the pool. The room is large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It's worth staying at this hotel. It was the best among the several we stayed at in Thailand.

Facilities were amazing Staff were amazing Floating breakfast was super We stayed here as a family, with our 4 month old and it was exceptional, the staff went out their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and was so helpful with getting around! Location isn’t central however the activity desk can organise taxis to the beach for 150 baht, 15 minute walk to night market or a 5 min drive!

Had a lovely stay here. Stayed in one of the rooms with the pool for a balcony. We used this many times, it was a great way to wake up, and also to cool down in the evening. The view was amazing, you can see the sea and the islands, and also the tropical side of Ao Nang. No noise from any bars or the street either. The hotel pool on the roof offers similar views too, and was very nice. The room itself was roomy, and very clean and comfortable. Location wise, it's a 15 minute walk to the beach, but a nice walk despite the lack of pavements, but they do offer a free shuttle service. Also a 10-15 min walk to the market, which is a fantastic place for food and drink. Plenty of smaller local restaurants nearby also, just 2 mins away. Organised a few tours from the helpful tour operator in the lobby. Thanks for a memorable stay :)

As the pool took up the balcony, there was nowhere to dry our clothes. Could do with a washing line or maiden.

EVERYTHING ❤️ this was our favourite place we stayed in Thailand. We booked for 2 nights stayed for 10 🥰 the facilities are just incredible, big spacious rooms with a couch, balcony, massive tv with netflix, excellent wi-fi, so clean and modern, beds were amazing. Staff were so friendly and happy at all times. There is a gym onsite and the rooftop pool is amazing with incredible views of the mountains surrounding and it’s a perfect place to watch the sunset 🌞 Would love to stay here again.

Nothing. The location is a little far for someone who can’t ride a scooter, but if you can then it’s perfect location and you can rent from the hotel / get a tuc tuc

Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Fah from Service and the person that booked all our trips and transfers). Clean and spacious room with an amazing view from our pool on our balcony. Breakfast was more than enough and a big variety. Can definitely recommend the massage. Location is not the best as there is not much close by. You need a ride or walk to the next restauranta/cafes/shops.

The room matched the pictures, and we enjoyed our stay.

The on-site restaurants close too early, at 5 PM, and the hotel's massage area was not in service. When I inquired at the front desk, they didn't provide an explanation.

Rooftop pool is beautiful.

A little out the way but only a tuc tuc ride away. Cheaper to use grab or bolt to book only 79baht to main town 5mins away.. had a good massage and facial at the hotel and only cost around £32 for 2hrs of treatments. Breakfast is 250tb and it’s ok if you want toast smoked bacon and eggs. Hotel is in a Muslim area so the mosque is close by but didn’t bother us as we were out all the time. 7-11 store 5mins walk and a supermarket next door. Cigarettes only cost £2.50. We got upgraded to a pool on balcony but tbh I didn’t use it as mozzies are out in force . You can buy your mozzie spray from any 7/11 store for pennies and is def a good send. Nice gym downstairs aswell.

Our stay was perfect. Reception is very kind, friendly & organised. This resort is also very family friendly, the children’s room downstairs features so many different toys for babies that my partner stayed with our daughter while I also got a message right next door in the other room! Baby was entertained and loved the area. House keeping everyday kept our room clean, new linen sheets and towels with sweep floor. They even take shoes off before entering your room. A beautiful lady and very kind who works in the tourism activities booking area downstairs’ helped us organise our trips daily. She was also very patient and helpful as we navigated what we wanted to do. The resort is situated in a quiet area about 5-10 mins from Aoa Nang beach but I actually preferred that for my family. Everyday we caught a Tuk tuk otherwise resort offers shuttle bus for free.

The buffer could definitely offer more

The infinity pool at the top is the best feature of this hotel. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a coupon for cocktails which was nice. They were very helpful when we was leaving with advice and travel to the pier. A lot of other people commenting about how far it is from everything, but it's only a twenty min walk if that, it's a nice walk as well. Plus they run a shuttle service four times a day. We walked back once and was shocked at how quick and easy it was.

The price for a small can of Chang lol - would of spent more money and time there if it wasn't double what they charge in the shop next door. All other drink prices and food prices were reasonable though.

The rooftop pool, the baby lizard in our bathroom on the first day (we called them Lizzy), the view from our balcony and that they had a tourist information desk, where you could book trips and transfers, directly in the hotel.

The bed was very hard and the side couch as well as the stuffed hotel mascots on the bed were a bit dirty. The breakfast was very repetitive. It didn't bother us much, but might be a problem for others - you have to walk about 15 minutes to the beach, night market and restaurants and the way there and back is a bit solitary at night, but took it every night and didn't have any problems.
