Everything was amazing! The service was top notch, view was amazing, and room was clean and beautiful. The private balcony pool was spotless and a spectacular addition. It was so calm and peaceful up on the hill. Breakfast was always delicious and a great value. The fresh fruit and mix of Thai and Western foods was a perfect way to start the day.

Not much we didn't like. Only downside was one of our excursions couldn't pick us up because they couldn't make it up the hill. But that is not the hotel's fault at all.

Great view, service, and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing shuttle service whenever required. Pool was clean and the view was amazing. Had great breakfast on Day 2 but not sure if it was because there were less occupants or if we went down late on Day 3, only set breakfast was available. It was nice nevertheless. Beach towels are provided.

Bath towels smelled old and musky. Water pressure was weak and the shower alternates between very hot and freezing cold. Didn't help that it was cold and raining the few days we were there. The water from the bathroom tap was trickling so we had to use the kitchen tap. There are two to three flight of steep stairs to access the villa from the ground level. The villa is also located on a steep slope that not all Grab drivers can access. There were a few times we had to ask the hotel to send us to the main entrance/back to the room (dark and secluded with only a sign leading up to the villa) cos our Grab couldn't go up.

It has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. The staff are helpful and obliging.

It is on top of a hill. Taxis and tour operators do not go up to the villas as it is a steep road to the villa. We need the complimentary transport provided by the villa to send us downhill. However if we need to go any other place, outside the schedule of the complimentary trip, you need to pay to use the villas transport. In the end, we rented motorbikes to bring us around.

The location is little far from city. But a Muslim location. There’s a mosque nearby (not walking distance). Halal food option was good. The private pool duplex villa was a great choice. Kids had fun. For families I would recommend this villa. It’s great. The sunset view is awesome. The dine in option, spa all are reasonably priced. The free shuttle to the city is great.

But on odd time they charge for the shuttle 50 baht per person if it’s a group. Or else 100 bahth pp. Also on check In the receptionist asked us to leave our baby stroller at the lobby. On check out she forgot to give it nor did we remember to collect. When we reached Phuket we remembered and called the staff to arrange to send the stroller and she said it would be charged 1500 baht. It’s the staff mistake as well. They can’t charge a bomb. However I managed to arrange a pick up for 200. That’s the only thing I didn’t appreciate. They should go beyond & offer help when need arises.

Beautiful views. Lovely private pool adjoining the villa. The staff were very helpful and polite. We would consider returning for these reasons.

Common areas are not very safe for children. We travelled with our 4 year old and 1 year old. There are pools and steep drops in the reception area. So we had to constantly watch and follow them. No room service when we arrived late on Saturday night. The crib was tiny. For the duplex there is 1 bedroom down and the other upstairs. We didn’t know this. With kids it’s not ideal. Our showers didn’t work well with the water temperature. Breakfast quality and variety can be improved. Hot items were exactly the same everyday for 5 days we were there, and sometimes served cold.

Great room service. Lovely private pool. Clean and tidy room.

Mini bar wasn't topped up. It's up a steep hill. The motorbike tuk tuk won't take you home because they can't get up the hill. Quite a way from the resort. Can't walk to the resort. They provide a free bus but only goes every 2 hours. Costs to go at other times.

Spaciuos villa with pool and beautiful view. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. After check we could left the luggage untill our flight.

Breakfast options was sad. For four people we get only one key. It’s not about the villa, but it is on hill and not every taxi or bolt takes you up to the mountain.

The view from the balcony pool was amazing. The rooms have everything you would need and the staff were very helpful. The free shuttle bus down to the front was really useful and completely negates the issues of location.

Probably more bugs than a usual hotel but to be expected being that high up - not a huge issue though.

Breathtaking views. Beautiful villa. Staff are amazing, can’t do enough for you. Helped us order a takeaway to eat in our Villa one night. Pool is so clean, whole villa is immaculate. Free shuttle into town too which was just brilliant. We order a floating pool breakfast and it did not disappoint. Yummy! Definitely won’t forget this stay. Thank you.

It is difficult to access the beach area. However, there are hotel’s shuttle bus to send the guests. Some cars cannot climb up the mountain then you may need to call the hotel staff to pick you up at the main gate downhill.
