We had the deluxe room. Huge room and very clean. Big balcony. Efficient AC. I especially loved the big vanity/desk in the room. Quiet location and not many rooms in the building so it was very peaceful. All in all we had a great stay, would considering staying here again if I come back to Ao Nang. A 2 minute walk away on the same street there is a nice café for breakfasts with a great selection of vegan and gluten free options, we went there often. Main street is about a 5 min walk away so the location is quite convenient.

Small improvement suggestion: please consider adding hand soap next to the bathroom sink (now there was liquid soap only in the shower, not so convenient when you're washing your hands) and a rack or shelf for cosmetics in the shower (now I had to put my stuff on the floor).

Hotel was a great location. Clean and tidy and staff were helpful. Quite central but far enough away not to be noisy. Walk along a road with no pavements for a couple of 100 metres to get to most shops and restaurants. 7 eleven close by. No eating facilities at the hotel but enough choice nearby. Use of 4 star hotel pool and bar across the road for 200b pp. Really nice with happy hour. Great night market 20 mins walk. Lots of eating drinking and entertainment every night.

The hotel is very well maintained and the services offered are definitely above the 2 stars it is rated at. The room is large and bright and very clean They have a rule that you can't walk around the reception with your shoes on, the problem is that not everyone respects it, I even saw employees with shoes on and although it is clean in the hallways it is not so clean that you don't end up with dirty feet in the room. Maybe they should rethink the rule or have a person at the reception all the time to draw attention to the rule

The only upgrade they should make is regarding the bed and pillows, a softer mattress and some pillows in line with the rest of the details in the room would make a difference. Another small problem was the positioning of our room with a balcony above the kitchen, so at breakfast there was a strong smell of food in the room.

Pros - Great location, not right on the main strip but only 5 mins away from everything - Huge room with good balcony - given a drink on arrival - cute cafe out the front with nice menu - water and tea/coffee given everyday Cons - one side of the bed was extremely springy and uncomfy - the stay cost 150-200THB more than it said it would on booking.com. Not an issue as it's probs due to exchange rates but just something to be aware of make sure you have enough if paying in cash. -shower pressure wasn't fab, although I've had worse - funny smell coming from bathroom

By far the best shower head we've had in Thailand! The room was spacious, and the location was perfect—quiet yet just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. They also provided fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and water daily.

To improve, the mattress was a bit too firm, and there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom—not even the hand towel. Also, for some reason, our room lacked sufficient lighting; we only had lights at the entrance and around the mirror, which was inconvenient at night. However, during the day, the room was bright with plenty of natural light.

Good central location with many shops and restaurants around you. The hotel has a nice airy restaurant on the ground floor. It’s possible to walk to the beach(about 15 mins walk to the beach). It’s a good location for an evening ing stroll. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very modern and clean. Can not fault it really.

Lack of a lift. Even though it is only a 2 story building and even I (with limited mobility) managed it, in an ideal world a lift would make life easier. However I am nit picking. It’s a very good hotel for that price.

Almost everything is perfect at Baan Ban Dalay. Shower pressure, bed, pillows, ac, clean, fluffy towels, tv all excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn’t extend my stay because it was fully booked - it’s one of the cheapest but still great hotels in the area. Location is perfect, 5min from a 7 Eleven near the main road and 12/13min for the main beach.

Didn’t manage to open the balcony’s door. Regardless, it faces another building, it was a shame. It could benefit from a better lighting - it can be dark in the evening (good that in the morning you won’t wake up at all). On the other hand, walls are pretty thin, you can hear other guests.

This is a brilliant hotel. It’s very close to the major attractions of Krabi, yet not in the centre on the town. The breakfast was sumptuous and the coffee was delicious. We had to move rooms because we extended our stay. The new room was even better. Please be aware that the rooms on the ground floor had a little smell of the drain in the bathroom, but they are bigger and better presented than the top floor rooms. Cleanliness was absolutely stunning! All the staff were very kind and polite. Water was provided every day for drinking and tea & coffee refilled. Loved our stay here.

I recently stayed at Baan Ban Dalay in Krabi and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, local markets, and plenty of restaurants, which made exploring easy and convenient. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions.

One thing to note, however, is that the bed was quite hard. If you prefer a softer mattress, it might take a little getting used to. That said, it didn't take away from my stay too much, as the excellent location and accessibility more than made up for it. I'd still recommend Baan Ban Dalay for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Krabi without being far from the action!

The room was clean, and we were welcomed with fresh fruits. They also replenished the water supply daily. I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. The lounge café offers a great variety of breakfast options, which I really enjoyed. The laundry service was also excellent. But what I loved the most was the view from the window! 😍

However, I still don’t understand why they added 3% to the total cost just because I paid by card.
