Great location, fantastic staff. We had room 418, and that got the sun in the afternoon. The Swim up pool room only gets sun in the early morning. I'd go for rooms 416-418 & 516- 518 they get the most sun and have nice views of the pool and mountains.

A little outdated, when we got there, our shower wouldn't work correctly, and the curtain pole was broken. But one call to reception, and within 5 minutes, we had the plumber in the room and was fixed straight away. Only other thing to note is they charge you daily for water in the room, only 15 batt a day per bottle, but surely water would be free.

The excellent service given by everyone but specifically Pita and Teya. We were surprised with a beautifully decorated room, a fruit plate in the fridge and a Happy Anniversary sign on the bed made with orchids and other flowers, really a very nice gesture. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Everyone was efficient and happy to help you.

Noise coming from the adjoining room, fighting, screaming and banging on the door after 1am and around 4am the second night. Not the fault of the hotel but unnerving and unpleasant.

The room was pretty big, it had a one person extra bed, and everything you could need. Loved that it had both a tub and a shower. The view to the swimming pool was very nice. We also used the laundry services twice and the clothes came back clean, perfumed and fluffy, would 100% recommend it.

The breakfast was pretty modest and the room had a locked door between it and another room. Problem is that through the door you could hear what was happening in the next room.

We have a very nice experience in this hotel!! I saw in the booking the reviews and I can affirm: THEY DESERVE MORE STARTS AND BEST RATES! The room are extremely clean as well so the full hotel! The location is the best point about this hotel! Just 5 minutes walking from the pier where you get the boats to go to another Krabi’s beach as Railay, Pha Nang and Ton. ( 15 min by long tail) Around you will have EVERYTHING you need: a big option is restaurants, a mini market with EVERYTHING, coffee shops, pharmacy. The staff is 10/10!!! NOTHING TO COMPLAIN!

This hotel was fantastic, clean and the day and evening staff were amazing! Couldn’t do enough for you. Got laundry done and it was fantastic. Room was brilliant and comfortable.

Didn’t really fancy the breakfast much but that was just preference and the overnight male staff member wasn’t very friendly and checking the room in the morning when we needed to get to our flight was a bit painful, there should be more staff available to check the room to avoid any potential delays if possible.

Great staff and a great pool. Loved the location of our room looking out onto the pool. The front desk was a great help in arranging excursions and transport. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet. Eggs and omelet station. Varied choices. Short walking distance to night markets and beaches. I'd stay here again if ever came back.

They need some grab bars in the shower. Too easy to slip. Becareful of the step down next to toilet as someone in our party slip and fell

Great staff at the reception, special mention to Chaba who spoke great English, helped us with many questions and with booking various day trips. We got a much better price for the tours compared to booking elsewhere, so it's recommended to book through the resort. It was convenient that we can buy breakfast on the spot every day. Quiet resort yet close to the main street. Nice swimming pool and several great restaurants nearby. We got a room upgrade upon check-in. I think the two room types look the same, but perhaps the difference is that it's on a high floor? Either way, we had a great stay.

Some of the staff wasn't that fluent in English, so we had to wait for a colleague to come.

The staff was really friendly, helped to book transfers and tours. Towels were changed every day, the room was kept clean. Breakfast buffet had some choice: eggs, noodles, rice, meat, bread, fruits, yogurt, sweets, juice, coffee, tea. Coffee was ok, at least not instant. I like the placement of my room, just above the canteen with the balcony over the passage way full of trees. 7-eleven, restaurants, food, exchange, massage, laundary are nearby.

No slippers in the room, no cotton discs, the facilities were pretty old. The breakfast: I don't like how they make eggs, also I think the hot dishes should be warmed up, but the food was pretty cold.

Great location where the beaches were just a close walk away. Staff was friendly,y and all was clean. Appreciated the buffet breakfast and the change of some items every day. Lots of other restaurants nearby and foot massages almost right on property. Laundry service available w same cost of private down the street.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and deserve more time off. They should be very proud of themselves for working so hard and delivering to such a high standard. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard every day and very big and comfortable beds! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

The breakfast gave me food poisoning.
