Super location location, really spacious rooms. Aircon worked well. WiFi was great, taxi service right outside along with laundry services and restaurants a stones throw away. As you walk onto the main road go right for the main touristy bit of Ao Nang, left for the more quiet and prettier areas. Staff were very polite. Fine for a few nights if you’re not staying in much :) daily housekeeping.

The clue is in the name - budget! Although I feel it was slightly overpriced but we did come here during school half term (UK). Generally run down, bathroom was a wet room so everything got soaked when showering, no extra toilet paper, towels were stained, and I hate to say it but we were itchy the whole time staying here. This is the only place we experienced it and it stopped as soon as we left, I think (hope) it was just the washing powder they use on the sheets

The property was homely, relaxing and comfortable. The room was big and the balcony was great, on relaxing days when the suns out the balcony is a great sun trap. Local to the main drag and has laundry, bars and restaurants local.

Everything was fine really, only downfall was the Nomad place down the road, music can be quite loud into the night but that was literally only 2 nights out of my 8 night stay.

Nearly everything! Location: 2 beaches in 7min walk, 7-Eleven 1 min walk, calm area with no noise and music (that is really valuable for Krabi), everything needed for tourists was around Staff: very friendly, helpful. Cleaning every day. Available 24/7. English is not perfect, but we sometimes used translator, so it was not a problem. Special service: 2 bottles of water, 2 sticks of coffee, things for having shower for free in the room, unlimited water, coffee and biscuits on the first floor, ability to heat your food and have dinner in a comfortable place. Free umbrellas (really helpful when it’s rainy) Room: spacious, light, renovated not much time ago. I got exactly the room from the photo. Safe box for your expensive belongings. Wi-Fi: fast enough for video calls.

Everything was spot on. Value for money was great and the room was spacious. Bathroom was one of the more clean ones in the time we’ve been travelling which was nice. Lots of storage space in the room too. The girls at the reception were very smiley and said hello everytime we walked past. They also sell water and others drinks and snacks for a reasonable price in the reception which is good

The corridor was a little bit smelly at times but when you are out all day and in the room it’s not an issue

We booked the hotel provisionally cuz the hotel we booked cancelled our reservation without notice us. We arrived the Moon at 10:30 pm, and stayed for 8days here.The staff is very nice, the price is good. The location is great you can go to Ao Nang Beach or the Landmark Night Market just by walking. You can use the table and microwave on the first floor and prepare your own breakfast or just step across the street and enjoy other hotel’s breakfast buffet. It’s quite for sleep even many hotel and restaurants around

Water in the bathroom sometimes is small at night.

We stayed there two times, once for a week and another time for 3 days. The accomodation is a 7 point accomodation in our oppinion, but the first time we gave 1 extrapoint because they let us leave our big luggages there while we went away for a few days. The second time they let us check out at 6 pm, so we gave 2 extra points for that. Thanks again. The room was really big and clean, we had an electric kettle, coffee, water and mugs in the room. Water was refilled all the time you requested a room cleanup, coffee not all the time. Sometimes we just wanted to refill the water and coffee, but there was no such option, they always cleaned up the room, changed the towels, changed (or just made) the bad sheets, etc. The AC was good, although we used it very little just to cool down the room. Hot water was good, water pressure was good (except some moments, when the reset was needed). It was close to the beaches, 7 to 15 min depending where you wanted to go.

We realy missed the shower cabin. (Some rooms do have shower cabins, we saw them, but it looks like these rooms do not exist on booking.com - too bad.) Sometimes there was no water, then you had to go and the person at the reception reset something and everything came back to normal. First time it caught me while being half wet, so it was really uncomfortable. Some of the towels were already grey/yellow, it was on your luck what you received after a cleanup.

Its nice and clean. It got a bit loud from the surrounding (I think hostels), but wasn't too loud as to not allow for sleeping. The staff is friendly, there is free coffee/tee cookies in the lobby. The location is good, walking distnace from both beaches in ao-nang, and night market. There are losts of restaurants and tourist booths to book your activites nearby.

I actually had to take the picture of the toilet, I have never seen a worse positioned toilet in my life.

The rooms facing the main road are the best. Lots of natural light, the room is spacious and the balcony is comfortable. There's free coffee and hot water at the lobby all day along with free coffee and boiler in the room. There's a community space at the lobby to work or eat. There's also a microwave ! We loved this place and decided to stay for a week instead of a few days.

A bit far from the beach and center (20 minute walk), but with a scooter, not a problem. The bathroom is open concept, meaning when showering, all the bathroom is wet. The rooms behind the building is much smaller and darker, but it's also a bit cheaper. If you stay longer, the 200 baht more is worth getting a front building room.

The room was quite spacious and the bathroom too. I think they don't really speak English well so when you ask for a problem they don't really understand but they are really kind. A tip: look in the drawers, you will find a hairdryer. I discovered it after a week with wet hair. The soap is quite cheap so I'll suggest you to buy one. If you put the sign out of the door they clean the room every day.

• The location is slightly out of the way from the main strip in Ao Nang, but it’s only about a 10-minute walk or a short tuk-tuk ride into town.
