Location is excellent.Clean and staff is friendly 👍👍 plenty restaurants and 7 eleven 2 at the doorsteps !!

Location is quiet but not far away from Ao Nang beach, restaurants, shops and nightmarket. When I walked in it was deep clean and the cleaning lady came to offer me to clean my room a couple of days after. Double room is big enough and comes with a proper bathroom and a shower area, AC, mini fridge, smart TV, balcony and blinds. Bed was huge and comfortable. Best thing is price was very much affordable for what you get. I completely recommend.

Nothing to say in here. I could add I've never been given wifi access but that's my own fault 'cause I've never asked.

Great location in the centre of ao nang off the main road with plenty of amenities including a 7/11 two doors up. Accommodation was, in my opinion, all you need in Thailand. Comfy double bed, balcony, tv with Netflix and fridge, daily cleaning, bottles of water and fresh towels. Lovely restaurant downstairs where the ‘reception’ is, although no one man’s said reception the restaurant owner is kind enough to help out when needed. Owner of the residences needs to be contacted via WhatsApp and they kindly extended our stay an extra two nights at short notice. Moved into a smaller (and cheaper) room at the back for one night with a balcony facing a building but still nice enough for the price.

The shower was missing half of its door and there was a lack of anyone present at ‘reception’ if you needed help quickly.

Exactly what I needed, which was one minute walk from Nomads hostel to join their activities and evening socialising. Very comfortable bed. No bedside table, but the "chair" under the desk was like a little table so I could use that easily. Wardrobe. Safe. Easy to check in in the restaurant underneath, which also gave easy access to food. Right near 7 eleven and ATM and there are other good restaurants right nearby, too. And a nice big mirror over the desk to get ready, not just in the bathroom.

The only amusing thing was that the balcony had a view onto literally a concrete wall. Luckily I was out most of day and night in Ao Nang so I just found this funny, but if it was like my other islands where I was spending six nights and more time in the room I would have been annoyed. I was expecting a fridge, but it turns out the room was never supposed to have one, I just didn't read the description properly. So just be aware that there's no fridge. Oh and no powerpoint beside the bed.

The staff was amazing. We loved them and even came back a second time because of that. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both rooms were great. Beds are comfortable, bathroom was nice and rooms have air-conditioning and a TV if you'd like to use that. Also a really nice restaurant with great food and delicious (fresh) fruitshakes.

One of the rooms smelled a bit in the bathroom but we've had that at many places so might be unavoidable.

The place was good, clean and comfortable. It's a great choice for solo travelers, friends and couples on a budget

It'd have been great if there was a chair that could be used to work for hours on a desk. The only inconvenience was that I had to keep the window closed all the time otherwise I'd be totally exposed

I liked the hotel, the staff was nice, the room had a balcony and was very comfortable, we walked to the beach and the evening market. The room was clean and bright, I was given a bottle of water every day.

The hosts are amazing. Always happy to help out, smiley and the food downstairs is great too. Rooms are spacious and clean

Perfect location, within walking distance from all the night markets and Ao Nang beach. The hosts have made our stay so wonderful! They helped us arrange various boat tours and transport to the airport. The rooms are perfect too, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
