I loved this stay. From the moment I walked in til I left, everyone was so kind. First of all, it’s shared with Apple a Day and I saw into some of those rooms, they are identical. The major difference is Capuchin doesn’t have an elevator and all the facilities (which you get to use included with the room) are located in Apple a Day, which is just behind Capuchin. The gym, the pool, afternoon snacks served in the lobby - all free. They also restock complimentary snacks (2 bag of chips and some Oreos), coffee/tea and 2 bottles of water in your room daily. Additionally they have a beach bag, a beach mat, paddles/ball and umbrellas stocked in the room along with slippers, a safe, tea kettle and fridge. Oh and there is a wifi server IN THE ROOM. I don’t know if that’s in all of them, but mine (C401) had one and it was fantastic. They thoroughly clean the rooms daily and replace towels. The A/C works well and there was plenty of hot water. Oh AND they have free bicycles you can use, just head to the lobby early to snag one for the day.

They should be more clear that the reception is the same as Apple a Day. If I hadn’t read in a review, I would have thought the hotel scammed me when I arrived as the Capuchin coffee shop/reception on the street is totally closed. Some signage would help too. No elevator. The water pressure in my shower was terrible esp if you use warm or hot water - the higher the temp, the lower the pressure.

Great size room, clean and modern, and great location. Staff were lovely, we had a few power cuts, but the engineer was so quick to resolve the issue. The pool, gym, breakfast and reception are shared with the neighbouring hotel ‘A apple a day’ but don’t let this put you off, there’s right next to each other and so easily accessible.

Would have liked a lamp or light near the bed, so my partner could read his book whilst I had the light off, but otherwise perfect.

Good location, close to night market and beach. clean rooms. Highly recommended eating in KoDam kitchen… amazing food and really cheap. Also book a private long tail to Hong islands instead of the over crowded and overpriced Phi Phi tour. And visit the Landmark Night market for some amazing food and a fire show.

Super comfortable. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Kids loved the swimming pool and the kids club, we were there everyday after a day out as the kids enjoyed it so muck. Special thanks to Amy who works at the kids club, she is super friendly and the kids loved her.

The staff were our first point of contact when we arrived late after a long tireing journey, they greeted up with big smiles and a refreshing drink and hot towels to freshen up. The hotel is spotlessly clean, easy to tell its well looked after. Hotel provide free snack from.12 - 4pm everyday in a communal area with sofas and a pool table...Great little hangout area to just relax!! Rooms are beautiful. Cleaned everyday and again great hospitality by providing complimentary drinks, crisps and oreos which are restocked everyday day for FREE!!! :) The breakfast is to die for, no honestly, its so worth the 250baht (awesome prices) I love everything about this hotel so much I decided to stay an extra 3 weeks. I've already mentioned the staffs unbelievable customer service but I really would like to stress just how much of an asset they are to this hotel. Amazing Team !!

No elevator

First, we were put in its sister facility called Apple-a-Day; Capuchin itself was closed. Room was very nice, the gym was "okay"--it just had two dumbbells and most of the lead weights which could be added were missing--, the pool was "okay" (a triangular, red-colored thing). No breakfast was included, but complimentary snacks were available both in the room and in the lobby. The staff was stellar!!

Everything was fine, altho' more attention to the gym's equipment could be given.

Impressed that there was snacks for free near the kids play area and pool.. What a treat for kids after play and swim... Top notch

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was really good, the stuff friendly and helpful. I could recommend this place for everybody.

We stayed in the older building. There wasn't a remote control for the air condition, and it was not possible to set the temperature. So it was very cold or very hot :(
