Location was perfect. Less than 10 mins to the left beach. Basically next door to the Ao Nang market and a short walk to the landmark night market. Theres always staff at reception and they were LOVELY. Rooms were spacious. They provide a bag to bring to the beach like a beach towel etc. There are activities but we didnt go to any nor use La Playas facilities. They provided a little christmas snack and some recycled key rings which was thoughtful. Also the bed was comfy!

Pool was slightly too cold and theres no heating! Definitely book if staying here. Also recommend the pool access place.

We liked the location - felt in the middle with night market, port and long tail boats kiosk one side and the main shopping/bars/beaches on the other. Pretty good value.

We booked 2 pool access rooms but no pool towels in one room and had to keep asking for them. We had rubber ‘slippers’ to use but not cleanliness wrapped and just looked like had been left behind from previous occupant. Appreciate we had pool access but design of outside little hard to navigate and little odd - no outside chair other than one under water. Just felt missing some of those extra touches - but all in all a good stay

The pool access room was awesome. Pool was very clean and most times the pool was empty so it was like a private pool directly outside the balcony. Location was unbeatable. Massage was just at the corner, food was plenty.

There was'nt any cafes or restaurants in the hotel. But food wasn't a problem as there were many cafes, restaurants and night markets right outside the hotel. Bed was hard. No toothbrushes were given. Body shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were given 😍

The staff were very nice. The view in the room is great. The rooftop pool is surrounded by beauty. The room was clean enough with decent amenities, like umbrellas, beach towels, flip flops, etc.

The WiFi is very spotty. We stayed for one week and asked for one housekeeping request. The toilet was not cleaned and the one set of used towels was not replaced.

It is conveniently located on the way from the port and close enough to the beach and the main street. The service was really good, when we had any issue or request the staff was there immediately and ready to help. The swimming pool and the room with pool access are very nice and room was also nice and stylish. On the 2nd night they left a cake on the bed which was very sweet as we had informed them that we were travelling for our anniversary, really appreciated gesture.

Nothing too major to ruin our stay but we had an issue with the door to the swimming pool as it got jammed almost every night. The hotel staff was great though at responding to it. Also if you are a fan of hard mattresses then for you this will be a plus rather than minus.

Everything, the place is very clean and you have all the required needs in one hotel. A swimming pool facing our room and another amazing rooftop swimming pool. They provide towels, swimming pool bag, shampoo, shower gel, condition, and body lotion! The hotel is very quiet and no one uses the swimming pool and it has an option for connecting rooms so our 2 teenagers were next to us having their own room. Perfect location walking distance to the beach, restaurant and night market in Krabi.

Having pool access from room was a bonus. Loungers by pool in shade was appreciated. Proximity to ATM, restaurants, beach was great. Access to sister property (across the street) appreciated.

Spacious room. Excellent bathroom. Clean towels daily. Beach/pool towels provided plus beach mat and bag for use during your stay. A really nice touch. Pool access from room very pleasant. Very good breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff.

Rooftop pool was superclean and excellent to cool off in. Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand. Staff really kind and allowed us a 6 hour later check out for a very reasonable fee. Location was ideal for sunset cocktails on the beach, as well as for shopping and different dining options within a 3-5 minutes walk. Surprisingly calm area considering high season, which we appreciated. Thank you for an enjoyable stay! Would definitely choose Navinda again, if lucky enough to revisit Krabi someday💫

The best hotel, totally worth it! The place is very clean, the pools and the sea view are very beautiful, the staff are so friendly! We even got free late checkout! Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

There is no big main light in the room so the room can be quite dark at night
