Great location in a quiet part of Ao Nang. Close to the Night market and a 5 minute walk to the busy strip of Ao Nang. The road is opposite longboat locations which you can get to Railay Beach. Hotel room was big, clean, everything you need to stay. Beds was very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and had great slides.

Wished the pool opened earlier and closed later. It is a fantastic pool so would of liked to be able to have early morning and late evening swims. Opening time is 10:00-19:00. Very minor though and would definitely stay again in this resort.

Very helpful staff and a wide range of facilities. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Location just a short distance from the full on Ao Nang but a quieter area.

The room we stayed in was an adequate size, but it is starting to need a little attention. The grouting around the bath starting to look grubby and outside chairs could do with a new varnishing. We also had small ants along the wardrobe and desk area for the first 2 days. There is an open shower with no door, which means the whole sink area and floor inevitably get quite wet.

Great location not to far from the beach and shops restaurants, great kids pool with slides. Large main pool for just relaxing.

Not much to dislike to be honest

My stay here is wonderful. I booked the room the night before and i just booked what available left which is room with no view. But when I checked in they upgraded my room with a view, even better a pool access directly from the room. Everything in the room is clean, service from receptionist is great.

If ur room doesn’t include free breakfast u can pay a 350baht at the counter but they don’t have lots of options that I might like. It’s buffet breakfast so for 350baht is good values even I don’t like much of the food choices. In future I hope the checkout time is extended to 1pm instead of 12pm considering the checkin time is 3pm.

Everything! Friendly and helpful staff, the pool access room was big with a suitably sized bathroom, the veranda with access to fantasy pool with bar, slides and other child friendly areas. Breakfast was varied with some food changing every day, overall food was fresh and tasty, likewise In the restaurant for dinner. Room cleaned daily, coffee and water replenished. We had a great stay here, too short!

I would have given full marks save for a couple of health and safety aspects. First the usual electrical issues, a switch on top of other switch in the bathroom, and exposed wires to the water jet seahorse by our veranda. Secondly the veranda and steps leading to pool are tiled and slippery, could do with at least a handrail leading down steps into pool and possibly some non slip flooring, we used the welcome mat at the edge of the stairs, it helped.

this is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. absolutely love the environment and location, not too near that the noise of the clubs is a problem but not too far either. perfect for families with small children. the pool was absolutely amazing, my kid loved it and the water was clean and well maintained. overall, this definitely will not be our last time here and we are sure to return soon! need to highlight that despite booking on booking.com, i had a medical emergency and had to change the travel dates. booking.com staff and the hotel staff were very accomodating and helpful and i would like to thank booking.com for that as well!

the breakfast spread could have a few more choices. but many restaurants are within walking distance so this was a very small issue and shouldn't deter you from choosing this hotel.

Room: Great room, very clean, complementary water, direct access to the pool, racks to dry clothes, USB charging next to the bed, quiet, good and quiet air conditioning, flip flops - not slippery, robe, toiletries, comfortable bed, umbrella for rainy days provided, everything to the high standard. Recommended. Transport to the airport - organised by the resort was great. Tuk Tuk available at the front. Breakfast - every day something different, choice of European (salads, pastry, breads, cheese, milk cereals, pancakes) British (sausages, beans, eggs, hash brown), Indian (2-3 dishes) and Thai (variety including savoury and sweet) , a chef preparing eggs to order; tea, coffee, juices- 4 flavours (not freshly squeezed), fresh fruit (3-4 different kinds, sliced). Shop open all day with 3 different ATMs - a short 5 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants around the resort, short walk to 2 beaches, night market - 15 min walk (opens from 5PM). many travel agencies to organise a tour within 5 min walk. Staff - very friendly and accommodating, very good English skills.

The whole stay was wonderful and comfortable. Staff and reception was so kind and friendly, all our requests was met. Everyone was so inviting and happy. Room was spacious and clean. The pools were amazing. Everyone enjoyed themselves. As for muslim travellers, be mindful as the hotel doesnt serve Halal breakfasts. Hence the location of this hotel is very much near to a few Halal eateries. Walking distance to the night market and whole other shops for souverniers and delicacies. Local transport is easily accessed from the lobby of the hotel. 24hrs convenient shop (7/11) is also nearby. Seems everyone in the community is working together wonderfully.

Nothing to complain except we didnt like that our trip has ended and have to go home.
