Very helpful staff and a wide range of facilities. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Location just a short distance from the full on Ao Nang but a quieter area.

The room we stayed in was an adequate size, but it is starting to need a little attention. The grouting around the bath starting to look grubby and outside chairs could do with a new varnishing. We also had small ants along the wardrobe and desk area for the first 2 days. There is an open shower with no door, which means the whole sink area and floor inevitably get quite wet.

Great location in a quiet part of Ao Nang. Close to the Night market and a 5 minute walk to the busy strip of Ao Nang. The road is opposite longboat locations which you can get to Railay Beach. Hotel room was big, clean, everything you need to stay. Beds was very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and had great slides.

Wished the pool opened earlier and closed later. It is a fantastic pool so would of liked to be able to have early morning and late evening swims. Opening time is 10:00-19:00. Very minor though and would definitely stay again in this resort.

Truly a fantastic hotel for families. There were two swimming pools, one of them had two big slides which our child really enjoyed. Both pools had a bar, and one was even located right in the pool under the slides, which was very convenient. Our child also really enjoyed the arts and crafts room. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely kind. Especially Boy, the bellboy, was very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed everything but if i have to name one thing it would be the necessary reconnecting of the wifi. That was a bit annoying. Further nothing.

Great location not to far from the beach and shops restaurants, great kids pool with slides. Large main pool for just relaxing.

Not much to dislike to be honest

The connected rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and the beds were huge and very cozy. The staff was very friendly, and the location is fantastic. We traveled with a twin stroller and had no trouble getting around. Highly recommended for families! We traveled with four kids (ages 8, 6, 3, and an infant), and it was a great experience. The water slides were amazing! Rooms 222 and 223 are especially recommended, you can relax in the room while the older kids enjoy the pool just outside.

Young children stay for free, but that also means they aren’t automatically provided with towels for the shower or pool, you have to request them each time. Additionally, no bed or sheets are included for the kids who stay for free

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is bigger than it looks in photos and Google maps. There are two swimming pools The kids loved the pool with the slides and the one without is relaxing for adults without kids. Hotel room had all the usual amenities, including free water bottles. Hotel is next to lots of restaurants, but I recommend walking to the night market areas for cheaper food places. If you turn right outside the hotel and walk till you almost get to 7/11, there's a very affordable restaurant there called Baan Thai food, we had very affordable breakfast there every morning, and it was lovely. The nearest beach is around 7 minute walk at a casual stroll, but most will probably prefer the main Ao Nang beach which takes about 20 minutes to walk to.

Only replaced pool towels if other pool towels were left, which can’t happen when we are at the pool using them when they clean the room. Massive list of costs for anything slightly dirty or missing. This just automatically puts a negative feel to staying here. TV is awful. It’s not a smart tv and it has one English Channel to watch. Had problems with the internet not working. They did then fix this but it still wasn’t as good as other places we stayed. Only place we didn’t have breakfast included so can’t comment on food but prices seemed more expensive than other places we stayed at.

Great pool and water park, a lot of fun for the kids. Good location, very convenient. Good restaurant at the hotel, very good and affordable meals. Good service as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thoughtful staff, great kids corner (a shoutout to Ms Mimi).

The rooms and bathrooms are a bit old and would really benefit from a renovation. Towels were thin and a bit worn out. We did ask for a replacement of the towels, which was promptly done. Breakfast is nice but could improve on its selections of cheese (they had only a couple of ultra-processed cheese). These were details that did not get in the way of our great experience at Ananta Burin.

My stay here is wonderful. I booked the room the night before and i just booked what available left which is room with no view. But when I checked in they upgraded my room with a view, even better a pool access directly from the room. Everything in the room is clean, service from receptionist is great.

If ur room doesn’t include free breakfast u can pay a 350baht at the counter but they don’t have lots of options that I might like. It’s buffet breakfast so for 350baht is good values even I don’t like much of the food choices. In future I hope the checkout time is extended to 1pm instead of 12pm considering the checkin time is 3pm.
