Location great breakfast ok staff were excellent

All good.

Breakfast is adequate, location is near to night market and restaurants. 7 Eleven is nearby as well. Walking distance from the beach. Reception people are so polite and helpful. Over all stay for one night is satisfactory.

Beautiful hotel resort, good size room with nice bath tub and lovely balcony, pool area was very good, comfortable mattress, in a nice area that is very close to all the restaurants, cafes, shops and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Special thanks to the lovely lady Meow at the reception desk with her big smile and always greeting me with Sawadeeka :)

The main thing I didn’t like is the breakfast. It consists mainly of rice, noodles, chicken, vegetables and I don’t eat these things in the morning. So even though my booking included breakfast, I only had it the first day. I wish they would add cheese to the breakfast. Also didn’t like how I wasn’t allowed even one hour late check-out not even with additional charge.

The location is excellent - very close to the Main Street and the beach but still quiet. The pool was big and nice to sit around. Breakfast was basic but included everything we needed, Thai and western food. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a luggage room which was helpful because we arrived early. The room was big, with bath and nice balcony (no view though).

The room was not lit enough, even with all the lights on. More then that, it had a funny smell, like it was close for to long, especially the wardrobe. The corridors are half open, which was a bit annoying when it rained.

Nice position quiet area but 5 minute walk to everything and the night market. Nice room very dark and old fashioned. Pool area needs updating very uncomfortable sunbeds ! No mattresses on them. Pool needs clearing every couple of hours as debris keeps falling in from the trees etc and insects. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were ok not the friendliest reception staff were pleasant. Food and drinks around the pool were very nice and priced well.

I highly recommend this place! Stuff is very friendly and helpful, speak good English. Room service daily was always perfect. Room itself very comfortable, it has bath tub, fridge, AC. And they have very good WiFi (this information is lacking in booking.com). Location is good, near to all main places in Ao Nang. Really happy to stay here next time!

Swimming pool could have more shadow space.

This place is just great, between the two beaches - one for swimming, one for the Night Market, better bars and boxing. Restaurant over the road is the best value in town. The pool is large, the staff were lovely, the room (with bath!) very clean. I like the quirky design and features.

They should make the breakfast place a more homely cafe during the day (the brownies at breakfast were great!) with snacks and cappuccinos! Get a coffee machine in!

Rooms are nice, big and clean. Location is an easy walk to either side of the ao nang beach and shopping street. Swimming pool is nice and the beers are affordable even at the poolside bar. 7/11 is merely 50 metres away.

Breakfast is alright. Staff is accomodating yet we had to carry our own luggage to the second floor (there is no elevator). Getting in and out of the bathtub after a shower can be tricky if one is not careful.

I read some not-so-great reviews on google, so my expectations were very low - but I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious room, big bathtub, ok balcony. No issues with housekeeping at all unlike some other reviewers. The pool/bar area is nice, especially the tiny pool above the bar where you can relax and enjoy your happy hour drinks. Super convenient location to all the restaurants, shops, and bars by the beaches.

Monotonous breakfast - we skipped a few days. Really uncomfortable bed - the mattress was too soft and the sheets were sliding off of it, I had to adjust it several times during the day. This is probably very specific and I can't vouch for all the rooms, but the sink design is mind-boggling... the sink is huge, the faucet barely reaches it, so the water gets everywhere. The funny thing is that this is not the first nor the last place where I've seen it during our Thailand trip.

Location is very optimal in close vecinity of restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The hotel rooms are big and daily cleaning is provided upon request. The balcony is very big and has nice view. We enjoyed watching the squirls in the trees and gekkos on the walls. There is a nice smell all around the hotel from all the flowers and trees. Swimingpool is very big and nice design with a bar in the water. Breakfast had good western options. Staff is very welcoming and ready to help.

Wifi connection in the room (building 3) was very bad. TV only had 1 channel in english (CNA news) As we could not use our laptop due to internet connection to watch movies and TV had only 1 channel it was not very convenient. Inconsistency, one day replaced towels on the rack the other day left the dirty towels on the rack. To avoid confusion we had to always throw the towels on the floor to have them changed. The tours they provide are a bit pricy, recommend checking other companies before booking a tour.
