I was really happy with this resort. I almost cancelled due to bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was lovely, bed comfy. Breakfasts were great, cocktails were delicious. Location was spot on with shops at front of resort and beach at rear of resort. Handy to long tail for island trips, overall a wonderful stay. Perhaps pool could be a bit cleaner

Good value for money. Good location. Room was big.

Pool and gym opening times not convenient. Specially if you go early morning to a tour you can’t use the gym before 8am or after 5pm. Same for the pool. Kayaks were not available to use. Four of them were just parked in front of the beach. We had breakfast included and I was unable to serve my wife’s breakfast on a plate and bring it to her when she was sick in the room unable to go to the restaurant.

A Great location- easy beach & town access, a 7* not pretending to be anything else, comfortable, clean accommodation, decent amenities, good facilities, not all open, great pool bar. With a little patience & understanding- Overall we Enjoyed our stay

breakfast room wasn’t appealing so chose not to eat there, nor was the beach bar or restaurant- all a bit dark & gloomy -lovely staff- little ineffective - booked 5 rooms 3 luxe poolside & 2 beachside -Received 1 luxe poolside, 1 standard poolside & 3 cheaper rooms - why? still waiting for an answer & leave time to checkout- Mixed up bills at the end

Grounds are well kept. Rooms were cleaned daily. Lovely hotel beach bar Beach at the hotel is very private and safe for swimming. Beautiful views Very close to all that's going on in Ao nang.

As in many reviews hotel does need TLC. Was obviously very good years ago but rooms need a bit of attention(not much), Air con is very noisy in rooms. Swimming pool is very well set out but needs definite TLC, tiles are very worn and areas around pool are quite grubby looking, the water/swamp looking area behind pools totally ruin it and the rooms look out to that unfortunately. . All staff we found very helpful but they need better training in all aspects to be a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was OK, not very good at replenishing dishes, fresh eggs and omelettes were great though.

Great resort with two pools. Next to beach. Good breakfast. Amazing bungalows with huge rooms and huuge bathrooms with showers and Bathtub. Close to city and night market. Very calm and silent place where you can rest and relax. Amazing amount of green areas with palms and tons of other flower's - which make you feel like staying in the jungle . Towels and bath accessories replacement every day.

No sun umbrellas on swimming pool. No cleaning personel on common area. Overall impression was that resort was a little bit dusty and rusty post covid time. Not enough stuff to cleanup whole area. There was cockroach 🪳🪳🪳 in the second room. Whole room was dusty. Aircon was very noisy and only high mode was working. Electric sockets were not working. Not enough sunbeds on beach. If you want to lay down on the beach you need to wake up in the morning on sunrise and securing two.

The location was great, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Great size room with huge bed. Friendly staff who always said hello when passing. Good selection of food at breakfast. Water provided in the room every day, plus fresh pool towels every day in the room.

The resort itself is tired and does not live up to the pictures. The main pool was not clean in my opinion so we did not use it, we used the pool by reception once during our stay however the areas by the pool were not well maintained either, dirty sunbeds etc. For what we paid it was great as it was fairly cheap but I just think it probably comes down to lack of staff/money spent. We did visit near the end of October so perhaps in high season it would be all sparkly and cleaned up for the busy period? All in all a good stay but don't expect it to look as good as the pictures online

we had a beachfront villa, excellent location and spacious

there was no atmosphere around the resort, no one used any if the bars, maybe a little entertainment would keep people there breakfast was very busy but always tables available however you constantly had to ask for everything to be refilled every morning, never any glasses, yoghurt, pastries and the queue for the ridiculously slow coffee machine was terrible

When we arrived we were really pleased with the hotel. The rooms were very nice and had good access to the pool. It was in a good position in Ao Nang and we had booked it as it was right on the beach which was also good. The staff on reception were very friendly and our rooms were ready early for us which also made for a very smooth check in.

The pool area needed some maintenance on it. It was obviously really nice when it was first built but the whole pool area needed cleaning. We had a few issues with our rooms and had to be moved from our first one due to no electricity but then our second room wasn't as nice. It smelt and had a few maintenance issues which did eventually get sorted after asking three times.

Very nice location at Ao Nang Beach. Really close to the beach, at the quietest end. The breakfast was nice with a good variety. The resort is close to the main busy area within a walking distance. We were given connecting rooms which was amazing - and the golf cart can help you carry luggage around the resort

The quality of the water of the main pool can definitely be improved. The food at the pool bar can also improve. The staff is not clear about the water bottles which are free and the ones which are not - we were charged several times despite of our choice - Just offer the free ones... period - and if we ask for more... we pay. The phones were not working on the last day and we had to carry our luggage a long way to the lobby.

Resort is beautiful, truly a tropical paradise with flowers, greenery.. just lovely. The beach beds are comfy and are covered in shade, which is great. Beach itself is really nice to swim in, although no corals and fishes are there. Food is amazing, a great variety of Thai and European options, everything simply delicious and made with love. Also night market, shops, resraurants are all nearby. The only downfall was the room, as it had moldy smell (probably due to high humidity) and leaky shower but as we came there to enjoy time and experience things outside the room we didnt care much about it.
