We enjoyed our stay at Buri Resort very much, the room was exceptional, the beds excellent, the bathroom big and very well equipped. We had a great view from room #418. The staff was very friendly and everything spotless clean. Very good location right on the beach in a not too crowded neighbourhood. The breakfast choices and quality are great, the surrounding is very pleasant!

We did not like that our wish for NOT changing all the towels after only 1 day was not respected: why do you then advertise your respect for the environment if your staff is not trained to make the difference between towels on the rack = we want to keep and towels on the floor = please change? The quality of the restaurant for the evening meal was disappointing: we have been long enough in Thailand to know the difference between real, tasty Thai food and a commercial "fit all" sweet-sour taste ... there is potential for improvement!

Nice location. Easy to walk to where you wanted to go. Pool was clean. breakfast was good and nice that I got to choose from a few options.

No lift and there was construction going on that we didn't know about till we got there. They should have put us on a lower level. Our room was literally as close as you could get to the construction/renovation.

Perfect location. Facing the beach and a few little beach bars across the road. A few minutes walk to the night market and plenty shops and restaurants in the other direction. 100bht in a tuk tuk to ao nang beach area. Rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Cosy feel. Pool area was good and also kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

As the pool area is quite small, the sun beds were quite cramped together. We had a ground floor room which went straight out to the pool area, meaning people were sun bathing literally right outside our room, so no privacy unless we kept the curtains closed all the time.

The location is great - the hotel is across the road from the sea and also close to all other points of interest such as restaurants, money exchange, market. Very helpful staff. The room was spacious, with soft bed and cleaned regularly. Breakfast was very nice and changing from day to day. Parking was off street, but maybe because of low season we never had problem finding parking spot next to the hotel.

1) WiFi was almost always breaking up, instead of password they introduced web page login which supposed to start automatically after you select their WiFi, but it didn't. So set it up just usual way with password and it will work - when it was connected, speed was quite good. 2) Swimming pool supposed to be closed from 7pm till 8am, but since there is no gate or any other means of stopping tourists with kids, they start swimming and screaming at 7am without considering other guests, so it's not possible to sleep. Also 7pm for closing the pool seems like to early - it would be great if it operates 9am till 9pm with fence around it and gate with BIG lock.

I came across several negative reviews on Google, but based on my personal experience—as a Front Office Manager myself—I found them to be quite misleading. The front office staff were highly professional, courteous, and clear in their communication. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Considering the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Its beachfront location was a major highlight, offering convenient and easy access to the sea. Additionally, the on-site massage center provided excellent services at reasonable rates, comparable to other local options. One point I found particularly inaccurate in other reviews was the mention of missing items from the in-room safe. In my opinion, such claims seem unfounded and could simply be a result of personal oversight rather than any issue with the hotel’s security. Overall, this is a great resort that offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it.

The only minor inconvenience was limited on-site parking. However, alternative parking was available at a nearby resort, which made it manageable.

We arrived a little earlier than check in time, but as I'd already notified the hotel and our room was ready. Lovely room, bright and clean, with everything we needed. The balconies all overlook the pool, which is nice. The breakfast/dining area is very nice and we didn't struggle to get a table any morning. The food was alway good, with a mix of choices to suit most needs I believe. Pool area was lovely too, although I would imagine if hotel fully booked there maybe not enough sun loungers. However that didn't happen while we were there and the pool was a great place to spend some time away from the buzz of the resort.

The pool was a great size, the chairs were very comfortable, the balcony a nice place to chill before the evening and the room was perfect sized with great bathroom area which didnt get too humid at night. The room was always clean and staff were very helpful in meeting our requests.

The hotel was closer to the noisy area that i had expected, and we were at the quiet end of town, so it might be an idea to bring ear plugs during the busy season. The beach was not so nice, mostly because it was next to a busy road. This isnt a reflection of the hotel, just an observation which may be helpful to other travellers.

We first got a room wich the airconditioning didnt work properly. After complaining we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room on the pool. So a very good service

The new room was abit old and the toilet didnt flush right away.
