Good location, good price for the value

1. Rooms on 'garden view' side are wet inside, not enough sun. So everything like bed sheets, pillows, your own clothes feel wet. 2. Don't visit this hotel if you feel uncomfortable with peolpe from India.

I'm a solo traveller and decided to splurge on an expensive hotel. $90 a night, yet no breakfast included. I chose it because of location & reviews. Don't spend more for pool view. Too noisy, and people can see into your room. Choose garden view. The hotel was good. Definitely feels like a 3 star hotel with its look and facilities. The pool is lovely, but closing at 8 pm is ridiculous. The disappointment is the pool is very popular, yet there are only 20 lounges around the pool for over 200 guests. There's a bar for drinks. The location was good for access to the popular night markets, beach, and shopping. The tour desk charged more $ for tours and airport transfers. So book on streets. Overall good, but next time l'd stay at a cheaper place as its only a bed at the end of the day.

The location is very good. Walking distance to the night market. Best choice for family with 2 kids because the kids will stay in the connecting room with their own bathroom. The size of room is big and the beds are comfy. The price is cheap considering the connecting rooms and beds provided. The pool is also nice and big and my kids love them! Recommended.

We extended our stay by a few more nights (hence the two reviews being the same) Room was spacious, balcony over the pool was gorgeous, had a little clothes rack in the balcony that came in handy, air condition was great. Breakfast was plentiful and a good value, lots of food options, fresh egg and omelette station. Location was ideal for us, it is the quieter part of Ao Nang with a 15min walk to the bars and stores. Boats to the islands left right in front of the hotel. There is a coin laundry inside the hotel with quite large washing machines. It was cheaper using those than laundry service close to the hotel due to weight. There is a little gem of a restaurant with picnic tables right outside the hotel called May&Zin, it was delicious and owner was a joy to talk to. Perfect for those days when it drizzles. Pool was beautiful.

Shower was spacious but the water was never hot. It just was not cold. The room was somewhat always damp and muggy despite the ac being on. Bedding felt damp by morning.

Location is great: less than couple of minutes to Ao Nang beach, 7 min walk to Ao Nang night market and 10 min walk to other shopping places of the town. Room and bed were comfortable, we had good rest after whole day exploring the town.

The location, price and amenities are good and room comes with ceiling fan which is a plus for us. Halal food is right front of the hotel and super good and value for money and other cafes are walking dustance. Aonang landmark night market is 5 minutes walking distance. We love our stay here and would come back again.

Very few loungers around pool area Travel agents in reception had very little interest to find some trips or transfers.

It was a good hotel, just that we do not know how's the food like. Being a Muslim we are not sure if food provided by hotel is halal or non-halal, so we opt to eat outside all the time. End up we having problem in getting breakfast every morning as most of the shops did not open until late morning Perhaps hotel can consider to prepare some halal food for Muslim customers especially for breakfast and state in the brochures/advertisement or at least mentioned if halal food is easily accessible (later we find out from food seller that along 3km of street food eateries/stalls, there are only 3 Muslim eateries, so we have limited choices for foods

Location stated in Booking.com advertisement is "beach frontage" but it was not - perhaps management should consider to re look on the advertisement to avoid misleading customers

The location at walking distance of everything… The Resort is nice, built around hume swimming pools… The breakfast buffet was of an excellent quality and variety, the coffee machines providing all types of coffees, lot of bread and croissants, fruit platters, eggs, etc. Moreover, the buffet is open from 06:30 until 10:30 which is very comfortable… The clientele is very international and polite and respectful which has to be stressed in a beach town we’re partying late and getting drunk is common…

While the buildings are nice, the corridors are really like those of a jail or military barracks… I’m sure that with a different and more pleasant walls color painting plus elegant light sconces they can easily change the ambience…I used their gym three times: they could place a multipurpose training bench and they should repair the ellipticals which damaged…

Didn't like that the coffee maker could not produce hot coffee at breakfast. Didn't like that the manager to whom I voiced my request was fierce when he brought a burning hot coffee and forced me to drink immediately. Didn't like that the next day he reasoned that the repairman warned the machine could burst. Service by that one man who was wearing fake hair was indeed disappointing. If the hotel can't fix or replace the machine, many would be left feeling dissatisfied because a nice hot coffee is the basic requirement in any good breakfast. Staff should be patient and well- mannered and not intimidating. All other staff who served were polite and friendly.
