Good location, good price for the value

1. Rooms on 'garden view' side are wet inside, not enough sun. So everything like bed sheets, pillows, your own clothes feel wet. 2. Don't visit this hotel if you feel uncomfortable with peolpe from India.

Breakfast was good but could’ve been better with the addition of pork sausage and bacon!!! Other resorts in the area served both plus a larger selection of items which would’ve made the stay better!!! Also the icecream selection at the pool was very limited they were literally out of more than half the items, and we were there 6 days and I asked for the problem to be addressed but it never was!!!

I'm a solo traveller and decided to splurge on an expensive hotel. $90 a night, yet no breakfast included. I chose it because of location & reviews. Don't spend more for pool view. Too noisy, and people can see into your room. Choose garden view. The hotel was good. Definitely feels like a 3 star hotel with its look and facilities. The pool is lovely, but closing at 8 pm is ridiculous. The disappointment is the pool is very popular, yet there are only 20 lounges around the pool for over 200 guests. There's a bar for drinks. The location was good for access to the popular night markets, beach, and shopping. The tour desk charged more $ for tours and airport transfers. So book on streets. Overall good, but next time l'd stay at a cheaper place as its only a bed at the end of the day.

The location is perfect and even the facilities too

The front desk staff especially the check-in staff were not at all courteous. Welcome drinks were offered to everyone except to our group .

Perfectly located, close to bars, restaurants and the night market. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made a point to try and remember you which was nice! The swimming pools were amazing - especially the kids pool for our 2 and 4 year old and the lap pool for us. The Pina coladas were delicious from the pool bar! The breakfast had everything you wanted. They provided baby chairs and children’s cutlery and plates. The rooms were clean and had everything you need.

The toilets from neighbouring rooms above and next to you were very loud in your room which could wake you up in the morning. It would be nice to have some furniture on the terrace area.

The location is very good. Walking distance to the night market. Best choice for family with 2 kids because the kids will stay in the connecting room with their own bathroom. The size of room is big and the beds are comfy. The price is cheap considering the connecting rooms and beds provided. The pool is also nice and big and my kids love them! Recommended.

We extended our stay by a few more nights (hence the two reviews being the same) Room was spacious, balcony over the pool was gorgeous, had a little clothes rack in the balcony that came in handy, air condition was great. Breakfast was plentiful and a good value, lots of food options, fresh egg and omelette station. Location was ideal for us, it is the quieter part of Ao Nang with a 15min walk to the bars and stores. Boats to the islands left right in front of the hotel. There is a coin laundry inside the hotel with quite large washing machines. It was cheaper using those than laundry service close to the hotel due to weight. There is a little gem of a restaurant with picnic tables right outside the hotel called May&Zin, it was delicious and owner was a joy to talk to. Perfect for those days when it drizzles. Pool was beautiful.

Shower was spacious but the water was never hot. It just was not cold. The room was somewhat always damp and muggy despite the ac being on. Bedding felt damp by morning.

The breakfast buffet, the reception area, very goopd location of the hotel just opposite to Ao Nang beach (where nobody seems to swim because there are better beaches in the islands tours) and 5 min walk to the Night Market. Not so far from the deck where you can take a boat to Tinidee Beach and Tonsai beach, about 5 min walk too. Hotel is convivial, different types of pools

Towels for the pools not indicated clearly and not refilled mots of the time. Some rooms are located where there is smell from the water drainages? Water bottles were in glass bottles, so you can't bring them along with you elsewhere, but it is more sustainable of course. The hotel had another one with almost the same name, so the 1st time, our taxi dropped us to another hotel and we had to walk with our luggage to the correct one, which is in fact very near. Just be aware it is not Holiday, but Holiday Style hotel when you book your grab.

We can feel her appetite to welcome the guests like at home very guenuine person she is an asset in that hotel The hotel is located opposite the beach 3 swimming pools and a garden for relaxing Everything is perfect I am very satisfied with this hotel I recommend it and I will come back

Good location near the Ao nang marked. Hotel has great pool and spacious outdoor to relax.

When we opened the garden balcony there was a smell of sewage often. One of the hotel staff was writing my credit card details when I was checking out after a payment was done, I asked why she was doing that, she couldn’t explain. I talked to the other staff and they said they would delete the information recorded. This worried me about fraud! I have never had someone write my credit card details and it shouldn’t be necessary!
