Good location, not far to walk to get to the central area and beach, hotel was quiet but low season, but just what I wanted nice and peaceful

The only thing I can fault was that they had advertising as a swim up pool bar, but when we arrived it was under maintenance/construction and we hadn't been ore warned, apart from that hotel was spot on, would expect when low season that maintenance would be carried out, be little pre warning would of went a long way

Breakfast was quite diverse, great housekeeping personnel who was much more helpful and welcoming than the reception desk

The hotel needs some refurbishing, especially the pool area, the room was clean and spacious but definitely outdated and needs renovation

The location is great… theres a little walk down to the main area, but its walkable.. the pools were nice…

The property was a bit run down in the rooms… we stayed there before, and it was a better standard then.. there was a mattress left out side a room for the 4 days we stayed, holes in a roof, and wet towns just left to soak up any rain, a lot of stairs on the right side of hotel, a lift has now been added to the left… the pool towels needed to be replaced… all in all, just needs some tlc..

The pool and slide was great for the children. Very good location too. Close to shops, restaurants, markets, boat trips etc.

It was absolutely great to come back after 5 years break and find that nothing change in the hotel. Still the same smiling staff, comfortable room, beautiful garden, clean swimming pool, delicious breakfast. And one of the nicest moments was to find welcome back note on banana leave and fruit platter on arrival. Love this place! Thank you very much everyone!

staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. the hotel facilities and landscaping were superb. breakfast buffet was high quality and lots of variety. rooms were immaculate spacious with huge balconies. multiple swimming pools with a couple of slides as well to keep the kids happy quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of ao nang beach, but still only a 10 minute walk away or 3min taxi / tuk tuk ride away

could sometimes hear other guests from room above walking or moving furniture etc. apart from that, can't fault the place. everything was perfect

Great hotel with 3 swimming pools, including one with a bar accessible from within te pool. The rooms are big and comfortable with a nice balcony. We really liked the location too, only a short walk to where all restaurants, shops and bars are.

Quite high price for their cocktails compared to other places where we have stayed. However, they have an happy hour which gives you two for the same price.

Pool is nice, staff is nice, hsk is very friendly, towel free of use to take to the beach, having umbrella and beach bag to borrow to the beach ready in our room, safe with locks, water free 2 bottles per day refilled everyday, walking distance to the beach and the markets,big and beautiful resort

I loved how even the hotel was bigger than the previous ones we stayed in in thailand it was not overly busy. the pool was never full, always plenty of sunbeds to choose from, great breakfast choices. amazing live music each night with the best singers who let my son join them! nice area if you walk around some great places to eat

Let's just say we are going back on Sunday! I'm disabled and once informed, they changed our room without fanfare, just simple as. Staff were really helpful and friendly. And as my wife rates hotels on their breakfast 4 to 5 star, hence back on Sunday. Food in the restaurant was also top rate.
